Once you will reach certain age and you will have some proper experience, you will maybe understand a little bit more why the lady is doing the same process over and over again and (shockingly) has no idea about IT and what is she doing. she is just a pawn. she goes to "work" where for x amount of hours she is just following a script. she does not even have knowledge about what she is doing because where she sits (outskirts of New Delhi), the office is filled with people which were promised "an IT job, no experiennccee nessasaru". she believes her job is a regular IT job. she had a short training what to do and that's it. including how to deal with people which are insulting her as the training clearly explains why there is so much hate towards her (bloody Europeans don't like Indian support and you will many times encounter that people will insult you). of course everything is a lie but if you think that you really were "fighting" or "messing" with a scammed, you are (sadly) really, really wrong. yep. her job is to infect your computer. just another bot to be added to a spreadsheet which is then being sold for a fraction of a BTC. unless they are really low on a market and instead of selling your PC, they will try to use some shifty ransomware.
