Vancouver is beautiful. Canada is beautiful. We had snow yesterday morning in Seattle. Hope you didn't get caught in it in Canada.

You can fly into Vancouver from Honolulu for a return summer trip. Amtrak it back to Bellingham WA. Rent a car and head to Anacortes for a day trip then onto Whidbey Island. Lots of good food along the way. You can fly from Bellingham to Portland and back to Honolulu from there. It can be a summer foodie tour. I lived up in WA for fifteen years and my 40 year old foodie kids can give you a dozen delish and delightful places to eat at for local and ethnic places. My fav Greek restaurant anywhere is Greek Islands in Anacortes, WA. Eat the chicken lemonata and you will be in heaven there. Hit up Toby's at Coupeville's waterfront on Whidbey Island for that day fresh Penn Cove Mussels and Great Burgers and Fries. I myself could give you an itinerary of at least a dozen places. There are tons of Brewery restaurants too. Love watching you guys. Moving back to west Oahu this year and trying all the places I never yet got to. When the Marianna Yacht Club Tiki Bar Restaurant on Sand Island recovers post covid and gets back to their full menu I hope you will go there. Hawaii Five O and the new Magnum PI film there. It is a touch of old Hawaii for locals and a few lucky tourists. They have the best calamari this side of Italy.

I wonder if you chose similar food in Vancouver compared to the ones you ate in Seattle. Both cities are quite similar. Looking forward to what you did at my home of Vancouver 😁

I used to work across the street from the Vancouver Shangri La Hotel. Office workers can and have seen what goes on in hotel rooms.
