Natasha you should give the measurements in kg and in Celsius as well. I live in Brazil pounds and Fahrenheit makes no sense to me

Hi Natasha, may I ask which oven program you bake this cake in? I’m using the convection bake function on my Miele oven and my cheesecake had a browning top. 😢 like a traditional cheesecake. Can’t figure out how to keep the top nice and white. I’m using the exact temperatures as per the recipe.

Love Love Love your recipes. I made the cheesecake, and it was delicious. The only problem I had was that the Graham cracker crust stuck to the bottom and the pan, and it was a wet consistency. I did the double aluminum foil like you suggested, followed the recipe did not change anything. Keep the videos coming. Thanks for all you do.
