So basically, 3D scanning an environment, you used a similar method that Developers "Big Fish" 3D Scanning of Chernobyl for their game Chernobylite - Which runs on Unreal Engine 4 - Making the real scanned maps of the game feel like a AA+ title.. However, this church in Unreal Engine 5 looks phenomenally better, you'd think it's a Pre-Rendered cutscene, but it's all Real-Time!
ОтветитьWould drone photogrammetry be more efficient?
ОтветитьLooking photorealistic as usual, I just want to know what techniques did you use for the dirt path leading to the church.
ОтветитьThanks to you and people who do similar work with real buildings. Loved the video and really appreciate this type of art. I’m sure Da Vinci could have his videos the same way. It’s just paint, brushes and canvas. Anyone can do it.
Ответитьlove your videos bro....just got EasyFog not to long ago super dope....by the way what type of assets are you using for the "dirt road" im looking for a good road asset to buy....thank you for the console variable tip.....dope....god bless you broddy
ОтветитьThis would be great for a black metal music video.
ОтветитьUnreal engine my back yard
ОтветитьPS7
ОтветитьCan anyone identify the mesh used for the walking path? It looks like a megascans asset, but I cannot find it by searching. In the video, the name of the asset appears to be SM_Pine_Dirt_Raod_Narrow_01.
Ответитьwhoa merci
Ответитьis it on marketplace?
Ответитьthank you bro! I'm your new patreon!
ОтветитьWow, this looks amazing! I'm really excited to see what kind of games this engine will produce.
ОтветитьThank you so much for making this video
ОтветитьEverything is 10/10, except the film grain
ОтветитьLove it!
ОтветитьBeing a Norwegian living in he only place that have 3 Stav churches, this is good enough job ;).
To bad all of th4ese churches want last another 100 years due to not properly maintained. Its even gone so far they cant use TAR any more because of freaking "global warming" and "really dangerous". Nothing comes close to tar when it is to preserve wood in the outside. Oh, i shouldn't mention money, but money is also a BIG reason for very pore maintenance over the years. This in one of the richest countries in the world.
Wha... WHAT??
I still can't believe that free software can do something like this
You can also use a colour chart overlaid on your image, import it to photoshop and do whatever colour grading you want, and then crop out that colour chart and import it to unreal to automatically do the colour grading of your scene. I mean it was at least possible in UDK but IM pretty sure UE4 and 5 has the same feature.
ОтветитьThis is so cool
ОтветитьHoly shit! What's with the new, fresh drip yo?! Looking slick there Bill!
ОтветитьThe image lacks one, most important fragment. Varg Vikernes.
ОтветитьHoiy moley, this was awesome!
ОтветитьIt's really cool to see where home PC graphics and consoles will be going - they're just entering the next growing pains phase - 4090 what? lol. I played Pong as a kid. Been along for this whole ride. Video Games tend to bore me these days, but I never get tired of this - the new frontiers of graphic realism.
ОтветитьDude you should make a video game set in a fantasy North, maybe just after the dragons have returned.
ОтветитьAmazing!!!
ОтветитьAwesome, just plain AWESOME! 👍
ОтветитьOn the headshot in the studio, near left side of the face you can spot dead pixel on the camera sensor. 😁
ОтветитьLooks like the church which varg vikernes burnt
ОтветитьVery cool!
Ответитьare there any new technologies that might one day overcome some of the issues with weather and lighting that are hard to overcome at present? Such as gaussian splatting or an increase in AI for 3d object recognition?
ОтветитьIsn't this the same building used in the game The Vanishing of Ethan Carter?
ОтветитьI was there 😊
Ответитьinsane result!! I would love a full tutorial about the setup of the scene, epecially the environment setup (the road with side walls, the leafs on the side expecilly)
Ответитьthis is so satisfying to watch, top-notch work by the top-notch artists.
ОтветитьThis was so impressive! Amazing work as always 🙌
ОтветитьIt's too bad that the inside couldn't be captured too. This would be an amazing setting to explore in VR, so that anyone could experience the church.
Ответитьomg I was there in real life
ОтветитьHey William, I have an issue with importing an Autodesk Maya high-poly model (smooth x2) as Static mesh or Skeleton mesh in Unreal Engine 5.2/5.3.
The problem is the straight lines of the textured model are distorted in the viewport and at the render, but it has been shown correctly at the EditUV window.
It would be a great help if you explain this to me. (I've already sent screenshots of the issue via email). Thank you
so cool
ОтветитьThis is amazing ! such inspiring videos you are putting out !
I am curious about something if anyone can help me i would appreciate, what are your post-process volume settings for best possible render (i know some of the setting needs to be tailored to your scene)? I wonder how much the post-process volume settings effects the final render? It becomes really confusing for me to decide on reflection and global illumination setting inside PPV
Is it possible to 3d scan little object like products and make them look real like this church?
ОтветитьHow much did this 3D module need?
ОтветитьI have some problem , I import some speed tree and I close the project and open it up back some texture where missing and it replace it with worldgridmaterial, any solution?
ОтветитьAmazing work!
ОтветитьPlease let the Harry Potter game have such a fantastic picture. And not like these potatoes - Hogwarts Legacy.
ОтветитьCompletely new to this and both now feel very intimidated and fascinated - incredible!
ОтветитьTHAT THUMBNAIL IS LITERALLY A DREAM I HAD ONCE
ОтветитьInsanely beautiful.
