ОтветитьI have started back doing these workouts with you leslie, my starting weight was 360, now not far from being at 235, started back doing your workouts, but I have one question? why am I getting more calories burned, more steps, more milage verses walking outside making a loop around town which is about 1 mile. i wouldn't be able to do these walks and workouts if I didn't have my knees replaced few years ago, losing the weight was something i had to get done in order to get knees replaced.

ОтветитьFor some reason I follow the same pace as in the video but my apple watch doesn’t record 2 miles. This happened with other videos of yours (the 1 mile ones). Nice workout videos. Easier to follow

ОтветитьI've just started out walking to these videos. Due to work and an injured wrist I'm not able to do the workout I normally would, so it's great there are ways to get moving/motivated to move.
I've promised myself, that if I walk at least a mile every day for a month(or any other kind of good heartrate movement for at least 15 minutes) I can treat myself with a game of my choice, just hoping that will motivate me enough to actually make this a habit of mine
