How can you claim something is science based then equate not having the optimal level to being deficient? Those are two very different things.
ОтветитьAccording to science you should eat what you feel you need. Feel like garlic? eat. Feel like a kilo of meat? eat. Feel like need 3 days vegan diet? eat it. Feel like you want raw salmon? eat.
Except sugars. Sugars have been proven to cause appetite but are simply not suited for modern lifestyle (sedatary)

Meat, butter, eggs and bacon is the way and some green beans if you like that shit lol NO BEER! water and if you cramp up laying on the couch then add salt to the water lol ketovore or carnavor is the fastest and easiest ways to lose weight with minimal effort. Your going to want to join the gym evenly fattie so let's get down to a better weight first! 6 weeks in and 22 pounds down!

ОтветитьNice. I brew green tea with fresh ginger, w/ blueberry oatmeal and eggs every morning, and it makes you feel so good every day, that I won't eat anything else for breakfast. Definitly going to try out some kiwis, and add more garlic to the diet.

Slow down the pop and chips and try to cut them out totally. replace with fruit salad as a snack. this worked for me. Got the munchies,,, go grab an orange, not doritos. Pop was way harder to cut out. Thankfully i didn't have the beer problem to overcome.
Starting with light excercise. Adding a short walk around the block each day. slowly building that up to a longer walk and one in the morning before i go to work as well. Grab your morning coffee and hike down to the nearest green space. simple stuff goes a long ways if done daily.
Yes... you can bump it up with actual workouts. But this is where most of us fail. We do too much and expect too much too fast. Can't keep the vibe going.
The #1 key is to get into the habit of doing it. Then bump it up a level.
