ОтветитьStill my favourite stretching, everytime I start training again I always start with this because my body is a hard like a pole. I can feel the difference when I used to do it also during training hard, I hope I will go back at those level and feel better just doing this every day!

ОтветитьHello I really liked your stretches. I felt like my muscles were really getting that stretch. I had trouble with my hamstrings, I can’t lift my leg all the way up and it’s really tight. What do you recommend me do? So my hamstring can loosen and reach the top ?

ОтветитьAugust 2023 Fan Favorites month, leading into the last week I’m feeling tight. I am giving myself permission to take a break this week and just stretch it all out. I can definitely feel the tightness in my hamstrings and lower back, this felt so good!

ОтветитьGreat, great stretch video. Here's why: 1. Sydney really knows the body and guides us through descriptions of what muscles and what areas of the body we should be stretching with each exercise. 2. She will often demonstrate the exercise from a front and side angle which is really, really helpful especially in terms of avoiding injury and of course, maximizing the stretch. 3. She moves through the exercise at a good, healthy pace. Great!
