Looks nice, but it's a new structure. In the Philippines contractors cheat on construction material. Mixing less cement to make concrete and so on. To many nice new structures look good when new but come back in 5+ years and it's falling apart. I have seen this in the Philippines.

On Long Island NY the lowest price for bay or sound front home like this would be $1,500,000 and depending on where on LI could easily by 2-3 x that That's right $6,000.000 or more and the least the property tax would be $35,000 and could be $70,000 / year. As a rental at very least $10,000 a month! In Hamptons that would be for 1 week!!!!! It would definitely have pool patio's and landscaping - but that would cost $125,000 on Long Island not $25,000 I stay at all inclusive RIU in Playa Del Carman for 2-3 nights in ocean view room for $600!!!!!!! Same $600 w/o meals for nice resort hotel on Roatan Island off coast of Honduras for 2 - maybe 3 nights! Long Term rentals like this water front home (with pool etc etc) at least 5-6k /month!!!!! in Playa Del Carman or Roatan! $6 0 0 . 0 0 !!!!!!!! OMG!!!!! it would be that per day on LI - in winter!
