I can't tell the difference between PS3 and PS4, they look very similar

There is no difference, its just a resolution change. 720p vs 1080p, PC does 4K with a mod, no jaggies n clearer landscaping with forced Anisotropic filtering and AA. Want faster load time? Use ANYTHING other then the stock 5400Rpm HDD. Your console will love you with a SSD. PC has 0 load time unless your running a potato, or a family PC filled with adware/toolbars/viruses/"Speed up" PC apps (typical consolers PC).

The difference is visible in both versions.

a little,bit more,effects and more detailed skin color for ps4 but both have great graphics but ps3 dose not contain all the dlcs like new,stages and costumes makes me sad that the ps3 dose not get the full treatment like ps4,which i will be forced to buy ps4 just for those dlcs for doa5lr.

Guess I'll settle for PS3 being cheaper maybe. Less particle effects and brighter shading hmm.

I do not know if I want the PC version of this game or the Xbox 360 version. I hear the PC one was pretty terrible and it has really bad reviews on Steam. So, do the graphics also suffer and does it not retain sixty frames or something?

OK, so as far as I can see, PS4 version runs at a higher resolution and/or with better AA and has more particles during explosions and stuff... In other words, really minor difference, noticeable only if you intentionally try to find differences.

Not a huge difference. I really didn't see any difference in the first few cutscenes, it was only the 'in game' where I could see it.

Lighting, particle effects and Anti Aliasing are the only real differences here. AA may in fact just be the resolution difference. I don't think the PS4 will show its power until games stop being cross platform personally.

Differences are mainly in lighting, which the PS4 should naturally run rings around the PS3 with. Given the game had to be developed with the PS3 in mind however, I'd be willing to bet it pushed the PS3 a lot while the PS4 probably isn't even breaking a sweat. Similar to GTA 5, they probably built the game for the PS3 and then ported it.

Ok, the cutscenes shouldn't count because i believe they are all rendered b4 hand. The pc version uses wmv. In gameplay tho you can see the PS3 shorts out by a few hairs & im not talking about DLC. You can see the PS4 adds some sparks to the explosions, the skin is not as yellow its more pinky by like 8% shift. A tad better shadows, and deeper blacks by a small amount. And it seems they are not using AA. on the ps4. Looks less cloudy. Its a bit clearer.
