Hello, my name is Joe Henry! I am a realtor who connects buyers and sellers with residential, land, and commercial real estate. Serving clients in the Greater Des Moines community is my passion.

A native of the south side, and a graduate of Iowa State University, I have chosen to live here and participate in the growth and enrichment of our city because I know I can make a difference in the lives of my neighbors. I strive to make every transaction a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

I have two adult sons: Zachary, a graduate of Drake University, former city councilman (Windsor Heights) & a successful real estate broker in the Metro; and Jacob, 14 years active duty in the U.S. Army, Staff Sergeant, currently serving at Ft Riley, Kansas (past deployments to Afghanistan, South Korea, Malaysia, Germany, Latvia, and Alaska).

I bring exceptional dedication, compassion, and experience to the real estate business. In my 22 years as a realtor, I have served over 1,000 families, sold $200 million in real estate and worked with developers on residential, multifamily and commercial use in Des Moines (e.g., Culver Ridge Estates, Park Fleur Condos, Prairie Hills Senior Living, Grandshire Estates and the Historic Ft Des Moines Army buildings).
