Laura, I hope you are able to see this comment. You are such an inspirational person, and you have such a beautiful personality. I am sending you prayers for continued strength. Living without a house is very hard, but you still maintain positivity. Keep your head up, and may you get the help and support to get into housing.

It is so obvious to me you’ve worked hard on improving yourself. I hope you are able to celebrate your many accomplishments.

Fear of failure is a real thing, also for us who have a job and a home.
Baby steps is the only way I conquer the same.

So why would they fly to all these other countries that already have lots of pastors and evangelists there? Especially when so many millions in their own countries desperately need the gospel in them; and there are so many poverty stricken and homeless and many can't afford medication, healthy food, dental care, heat and electricity or even a reasonably decent roof over their head or transportation. They can't afford shoes, or decent clothing or a coat. The needs are huge right in their own countries and cities.

380,000 Churches
582, 462 homeless People
Why won't all those churches feed and house the poor???
What if 2000 churches across America each made sure to get 300 homeless people into tiny homes or small apartment units permanently. Don't kick them out later because the chronically homeless have permanent disabilities.The homeless usually each have more than one disability. That is why they are homeless.
Now that is only 2000 churches, that still leaves 378,000 more churches that can do their share.

If the churches were actually contributing a credible amount to the homeless and poverty stricken then why do the number of homeless stay huge?? Chronic homelessness.Those who have been living on the streets for years.
How much do the churches truly contribute? Come on, how much did they really contribute after taking their cut?? and how much do they take for themselves in extravagant salaries, perks, bonuses
Car payments and gas and upkeep
(to serve the homeless of course)
and expensive restaurants with wine, and other so called expenses.
What meager percentage actually goes to the needy after all is Said and done? Keep them accountable.
If 40 or 50 mega churches each bought a large parcel of land and built 100 Tiny 10x10 homes on each parcel of land or else each built 5 or 6 apartments on the parcel of land with each apartment having about 25 units about 10 square feet in size each, then they would have the homeless sheltered. Could get them out of the dirt, rain and snow. Give them a safe place to lay their head and shower and keep their belongings, and use the bathroom.
But that's not truly a goal for them is it?
Jets, expensive jewelry, mansions, cars, massage parlors,
pools, servants and visits around the world,
(to spread the gospel of course), might be the goals;
And to bring girlfriends to expensive hotels maybe??

Of course the huge mega churches could do much more than that with all their income. The tiny ones much less and the average to medium large churches should be able to do a lot.

I remember Laura from the first video. I was wondering what happened to her. I'm glad to see that she's OK. I'm in the same boat but now someone has given me the chance to make a school Bus into a home. Being down here in Florida homeless is not fun. I hope everything works out for her. 🙏 ❤

If your homeless it is always a self battle to have a plan if you have no prospects you just have to leverage off begging until you have enough saved to buy a car to stay in or to move about an leverage off a liability until it becomes an asset but it is always a battle of preserving with yourself.

I think i just fell in love

I hate to see people in the Streets esp good folks. Women esp women of age & color are so vulnerable, unsupported and most all homeless folks are full of mentally illnesses.

I was a LPN at Eastern State Hospital, so toxic and racist. I had a travel assignment there at Medical Lake, Washington outside Spokane. It’s where the staff Nurse killed a mommy & almost murdered her mommy.

Lots of houseless in Spokane too. I teach & lecture to avoid trauma inducing work environments esp women in that it leads to instability of houselessness.

Take care of yourself everyone! Unlayer the trauma in Christ y’all!

She is like sunshine. I hope she has a lot of good fortune in the future. It is strange she mentions lack of motivation and fear of failure and the childhood psychology of their roots. It points out the levels of these things and how our early experiences and our psychology is so universally critical and applicable, whatever station in life we find ourselves in.

Being homeless is a tough life. I hate everyone who made it worse by either taking advantage of me or stealing from me. God bless Laura (that’s my mom’s name too) for keeping a good attitude about it.

I have a good life !! But I don’t smile like that lady does !! I admire her courage to smile under such hard life . What a great example of mindset persevearance....
