I entered watching the video because I love simulators, so I couldn't resist. When I saw the title and the dark room and heard the narrative on the call, I realized it was more like a story, and I started liking it. All I thought was, "Well, maybe the character likes to work like this. This seems interesting." It was captivating me more and more until I saw the stuffed animal nailed with blood, and I said, "That's weird... could it be that the board will fill up with calls that end badly?" I continued intrigued. It seemed even stranger when the footsteps were heard in that room and not just on the phone, but I still couldn't smell anything. Until the stuffed animal moved on the desk, and I almost did a 360 with my neck to avoid the jump scare. Now I'm in bed unable to move my neck from the pain and with a scare in my body that I got anyway XDDDDD But I've really enjoyed it even though I hate horror games; hopefully, they make a game like this without jump scares. P.S: I'm sorry for my English.

something cool they could've done with this game is when the caller is talking aka Sophie or the mom is the dev actually making animations showing the caller talking on the phone after you respond or at least like half the screen is your Pov and the other half is the callers Pov
