Until I got pregnant and gained a few pounds and then found you again and lost weight again. Then I had my 3rd child, gaining weight and felt demotivated. Until now I found your workouts again and am now trying to change my lifestyle to a more active and healthy one for my children. ОтветитьI love these no weight workouts! I wanted to work out but my wrist was bruised so didn't want to use weights and did these weightless ones and It is so awesome. Will you do more of these types of videos?

ОтветитьSo I am female and do mostly strength training but found this workout really difficult for some reason. I love the burn but can anyone tell me why this burns when I can bench do tricep kickbacks and feel fine? 🤔

ОтветитьI don't even know why I attempted to do that stretch pose at 9 mos pregnant.. I got down on the floor and I'm like hmmm.. now wait a minute. nvm smh lol. this weightless workout it absolutely perfect for me! I just wish that I had found you sooner :)

ОтветитьI was babysitting my niece and nephew the other week and was doing my calendar workout since they were playing on their iPads. So I started doing a prayer pulse at some point in the workout and my 8 year old nephew started making fun of me and was like “haha what’s that??? It looks weird!!” and then he went to try and do it and stopped laughing and was like “oh my gosh that IS hard” 😂😂
