So why is it better than a m4 upper ? Cuz a folding stock? External piston? Neat but I bet it’s sorta pricy
ОтветитьThis is fine cinema
ОтветитьPuts on those gloves like a proffesional proctologist!! 😢
ОтветитьGas block issues and throwing on a suppressor destroyed this rifle quickly. Id like to see it ran again with the gas block working for proper adjustments
ОтветитьThe gun looks actually sexy.
Considering that in Europe we can't mix and match parts to make a gun, this seems like a fun option for a complete gun.
How about the stock ?
ОтветитьCredit for the 5,000 round test most buyers will never see that round count.
Ответить5,000 rounds is a significant amount of fire on a AR Bolt. In the military or LEO the bolt is usually rehabbed after 3,200 rounds after inspection. Might just buy one now
ОтветитьLooks like the plastic mags were distorting from the release pinching them. I absolutely do not like the fact the the barrel is trunnion based and held by stubby screws into the soft aluminum upper, the holes can eventually start stress cracking. The AR's barrel system is still superior.
I don't shoot enough to put the wear on the gun you did, but it seems the price is based off the steel parts not going through a rigorous enough hardening process by the contractor making them.
PSA has huge amounts of value for the cost and leaves room for the purchaser to make improvements in components as they see fit. I have Colt products and PSA products and have no issues with either.
“Screw it. Let’s see what happens.”- USMC
ОтветитьI was interested but, I see now that this thing is just a pile of junk
ОтветитьThis a good Facking video. Thanks Brandon
ОтветитьWhat hand stop is that? I couldn't hear in the video...
ОтветитьI just got a JAKL over the weekend. It's a fact the piston is loose right from the start. I've not even put a magazine into mine yet so I know that's how they come. I'll be doing my own range testing in about a week or so. We'll see if they have changed anything since this video.
ОтветитьIf you want a piston gun, buy PWS.
ОтветитьGuess I'll get a brn 180
ОтветитьFor anyone wondering, the bolt wouldn't go in the receiver because the lug needed to be rotated. It was sitting in the wrong position.
Ответитьthat's not a malfunction that's there for a reason you're supposed to try out the ammo you're using to see what setting it runs best on. It's the type of rifle that can run some of the worst ammo on the planet you just adjust the gas block and it will cycle it truly made for war time.
ОтветитьI guess the gun will be ready to buy when the Jakel hits gen five lol
ОтветитьOne of the most detailed reviews I have ever watched. Thank you for your deep dives and fact driven reporting on the gun. Great Review!!
ОтветитьI'm really interested in purchasing an 8" Jakl in .300blk, but the way those parts are wearing is steering me away from this rifle.
ОтветитьThis is a .556.
ОтветитьThis gun looks so awesome!
ОтветитьIt sounds like for the first half of the review the gas plug wasnt assembled correctly so the gun bein way over gassed beat itself up and caused some issues but once the gas plug was re assembled correctly it was fine?
ОтветитьGreat torture test guys. I’d like to see you do a test on bolt carrier groups made by Cryptic Coating out of NC. The owner has a proprietary coating on his bolts that is supposed to be really good. I’d be interested to see how they hold up under your 5k round test.
ОтветитьA+. Camera guy lock your focus to prevent constant shifting focus for up close shots. Excellent video otherwise.
ОтветитьIm not an expert but i feel like running the supressor with your gas block not functioning properly might have to do with all the malfunctions
ОтветитьPSA only makes cheap junk. We have fired a few of these at the Range at Camp Pendleton and they are NOT worth owning.
ОтветитьThanks for this video. I would never buy any firearm where the barrel is held in by screws. Screws will always come loose if they are only things holding barrel in place. Why not just pin the barrel into place? Cost savings but the jakyl isn't a very cheaply priced gun.
ОтветитьWhat equipment was he wearing at the beginning
ОтветитьCamera man needs a raise after getting swept numerous times 😮🤦♂️
ОтветитьDo you like the jakal
ОтветитьGood information
ОтветитьWhat suppressor was being used ?
ОтветитьWhy do all these you tubers shoot this way?😂 dropping their mags all over the ground
Ответитьstock trigger?
ОтветитьIll be honest, i saw this wasnt Lucas and almost clicked off, but damn you do a great job. Precise, entertaining, to the point, knowledgeable.
ОтветитьAlways love the honesty from y'all!
ОтветитьCould part of the wear be from the lose barrel honest question and yeah buy anything that says psa make dang sure everything is tight well I would say that with anything
ОтветитьWhy wouldn’t you just call PSA and ask them the torque specs for the barrel screws?
ОтветитьDo yall have a training course to be followed at home?
ОтветитьThe intro was sickkkk bro
ОтветитьI like this firearm but for the price I would get PSA Sabre as it has top tier hardware for 1000 dollars, FN CHF barrels geissele trigger and rail what ever furniture you want B5 magpul or Sabre Fathers of freedom BCG, Sprinco springs, Surefire Comps, Huxwrx Comps and others. That is all top tier, Many rifles with less quality parts are double the price and using the same parts not telling you that's where they got them. Only so many high end companies making barrels, BCGs, Springs and triggers. The 1000-1500 dollar Sabres come with everything you need so you dont need to replace anything at all. Only reason I might buy something else is I want a PISTON firearm and will get a POF P415 or Renegade if I want a DI that has even better options, POF is the best in the business, they have upgraded every part of the firearms they make.
ОтветитьI think match ammo would be 1" as I havent seen any rifle of any price shoot 1moa with none match ammo, on the contrary I have seen all rifles shoot about 1" with match ammo.
ОтветитьPsa personally sent that product to trex arms. Like all manufacturers if they know a product is going to a high value person or company and know it will be publicly rated and used, they will double triple check and check again every single part of that item to make sure it’s of its highest quality. That being said the fact they sent this out picking it to be the best to be sent out and it still performed poorly and malfunctioning as so is a big thing to take into consideration as to if the regular joe. I would say wait and allow psa to take another look at the rifle and allow others to bring the product issues to sight for the issues to be worked out before purchasing
ОтветитьIs this california legal?
