Sort kitchen cooking utensils to put commonly used utensils e.g. ladles, etc in drawer A, infrequently used utensils in drawer B, and rarely used utensils in drawer C (or keep in storage). Use plastic adjustable drawer dividers (cut to size).

If you want to fit in more of those pedestal glasses, store them one up and one up-side-down. That way you can fit in at least one more glass on each shelf.
