Just came across this video. Thank you for something more clear. My only question I have is how much would I need to cycle a day in order to meet my goal? I've been reading up and it says that cycling for 30 minutes on avg is only 6 miles. In order to hit 200 miles a week I'd never leave the gym and have to quit my job lol. So how many miles would you recommend a day on a stationary bike? I weigh 214 lbs and have 28% body fat

ОтветитьAt the beginning of 2023 I became ruthless and this became my strict diet literally overnight. I did not see this video until today 08/31/23 and didn’t know that this was how to do it this whole time I thought I was just doing what worked for me glad to know what I’ve been doing has been correct this whole time. And yes I have lost tons of weight at the beginning of the year I was 210 lbs and 5’3 and while my height has definitely not changed my weight has not sure how much I weight now haven’t weighed my self this whole year but I can tell you it’s definitely less way less then 210

cycling is a form of cardio weight training is the go to method for reducing body fat resistance training and compound lifts r great... also eating a little less than what we used to every month will result in great body fat burning process cutting on fast food like chips pastry and soft drinks will boost it tremendously not to forget u should take cheat meals sometimes otherwise u will exhaust ur willpower in your aesthetic physique jpurney
