Just came across this video. Thank you for something more clear. My only question I have is how much would I need to cycle a day in order to meet my goal? I've been reading up and it says that cycling for 30 minutes on avg is only 6 miles. In order to hit 200 miles a week I'd never leave the gym and have to quit my job lol. So how many miles would you recommend a day on a stationary bike? I weigh 214 lbs and have 28% body fat

At the beginning of 2023 I became ruthless and this became my strict diet literally overnight. I did not see this video until today 08/31/23 and didn’t know that this was how to do it this whole time I thought I was just doing what worked for me glad to know what I’ve been doing has been correct this whole time. And yes I have lost tons of weight at the beginning of the year I was 210 lbs and 5’3 and while my height has definitely not changed my weight has not sure how much I weight now haven’t weighed my self this whole year but I can tell you it’s definitely less way less then 210

Wouldn't consuming red meat very often casue your arteries to clog up? I guess when you're dead, body fat % is the least of your worries.

I haven’t been doing the vegetables thing but I do 3-4 hours of gym in a week and out of that only 30-40 minutes of it is running and stuff would that still be good?
