Too low ram. And run Win 7 or modified stripped down Win 10. 2,7GB in background tasks, while you can get it down to 1,2-1,3GB. Even 800MB if you know what to cut exactly for games. Run rammap and flush all standby processes - also helps with usage of ram, waot a bit to stabilize usage and then run game. Also can disable background services/autorun. Overall much optimalization can be done, when applied it'll certainly help min fps and 1% lows

wow. how can there be such a marked difference in GPU utilization in modern games? Going from 4% - 30% GPU utilization in some games and then to 100% GPU utilization in Forza Horizon 5 (and thus par CPU performance as compared to more modern CPUs)?
Why don't all gaming developers optimize like this? Is it really just dev laziness or is there some other reason for the marked variance?

Your RAM is definately the main cause of the bottleneck..

The ram was definitely the bottle neck in the test but still did great I'm running a core 2 duo e6300 do a test on that please

Many DDR2 6 GB.( DDR3 8 GB GOOD😊. 6GB 2+2+2 GOOD, DDR3 4+4 SPEED MANY.

It's a processor to be used with a gt1030, gtx 750, gtx 950 at most... Above that, it causes a lot of bottlenecks. It's not worth using a GTX 1650 on a processor like that.

as much as impressive this is, the core 2 days for gaming are gone long time ago. You can find i5 2400+garbage tier mobo+8-16gb of ddr3 ram combo for like $40-50? And it will run circles around any core 2 quad not to mention newer instruction sets. Thanks for the test tho

Have Q9450 at @3.44GHz, cant go past it cause i have ddr2 800MHz which are not really capable of oc, but the mobo - P5Q pro would handle even 4GHz, anyway with Rx 570 it's decent budget rig, allowing to play valorant, LoL or Overwatch when you lock fps at 60flat. Also 8gb of ram - 4x2gb sticks are doing pretty well

They needed a computer, So I put all the old stuff I had and gave it to them.(Currently watching this vid and typing from this PC)

With Linux-Mint, Zoom, LibreOffice, Firefox, WhatsappWeb

I use it occasionally during visiting them or a weekend stay, since they want to seem their great-grandchild..

This way I can avoid using office laptop for personal stuff, like applying new jobs/Facebook/Whats-app, and needn't lug around another laptop..

I am a "Sit at a place and work" guy. I hate consume content via laptops/tablets/phones...

Anyway, the CPU is still hanging around... I use 1-2GB and 1-4GB stick, on cheapest SSD available... All in all, lesser than 70$ with a 20' monitor.
