Ответитьcan we use paranthetical intext citation in thesis as well ?
ОтветитьDo we use author's last name or first name in citation?
ОтветитьExcellent video! Super clear, explains what I was confused by, and straight to the point.
ОтветитьIt’s Harris (2020)
ОтветитьI want to ask when we are using parenthetical citations and also using a direct quote, should we add the page number after the publication year?
ОтветитьI can't tell how incredibly helpful this was!!! I do many protocols and lit reviews for my rec therapy degree and can't use pronouns in the papers! You are a lifesaver!
ОтветитьHow do you reference lecture slides both in text and at the end of the page?
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьThank you and well done. This helps my students. One tiny piece of feedback - perhaps practice slowing down just a bit and enunciating to help non-native English speakers. Thank you!
ОтветитьThe presentation my professor wanted me to watch was over an hour and a half, yet four minutes was enough to understand. That’s just bananas
Ответитьhello! what if you created a research paper. you added what you thought never existed yet. but after awhile, you realized that the statement or the research you used was already started/created by someone else. You wanted to add the citation but you published it already. Should you still add the source? if yes, how?
ОтветитьThis video is really helpful! Keep up the good work and thank you!
ОтветитьYou doing nice explaining! Go a head.
ОтветитьYou explained this so well and helped simplify and made it easy to comprehend and remember all the information. Maybe it's also because you didn't speed through the info and kept a steady speed while including examples
ОтветитьTo all my GVA and Edgenuity people out there
Directions: After Viewing this video on APA Citations, write THREE (3) ways you could use APA citations to avoid plagiarism based on the video.
1. If your citing a specific part of a source try your best to use a locator.
2. You only need to use a page number when using a direct quote
3. When your source has multiple authors a maximum of 2 authors are included in the in text citiation. If there are more use "et all" meaning 'and others'
Thanks
ОтветитьWow what a waste of time
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьCan you please tell me what I am reading in a book with three authors but inside the book different authors and years of publication?
In this case, I want to get an idea of the difference with a different year of the publisher. how should I write in-text citations?
Thank you. It took less than four minutes for you to explain what my instructor described in almost 45 minutes.

ОтветитьJessica how to paraphrase a poem using in text citation 7th edition ? Hope you can answer
ОтветитьGod send!
ОтветитьI haven't been able to find this answer anywhere, so hopefully you can answer it for me. How do you cite an in-text narrative quote? For example, I want to say something like.....According to Smith (2021), "quote from Smith here" (Smith, 2021, p.4). Is that the proper format? Do I need to put the year at the beginning and then again at the end?
ОтветитьHi! Is tahoma a good font in research?
ОтветитьThis is extremely helpful, thank you so much!
ОтветитьWow.. this helps a lot.. where did you get the book?
ОтветитьI was forced to watch this in a module in college
boooooooooo
I have a question: what if the author does not have a surname? Should I cite the first name only or use the initial name?
Great video, anyways!
EXCELLENT!
