I've bought a few Warmoth necks. I can't buy a production guitar anymore, mainly because with Warmoth I can get the neck specs that I want, not what a guitar brand wants to sell me. I finally figured out that I like a smaller radius fingerboard, like 9". I don't like flat fretboards. I love stainless frets too. I never have to worry about refretting.

You have one hell of a setup brother. ESP all the way! This is very random but have you thought about reviewing a buckethead signature guitar? Those are hard to come by now a days but a great guitar and a very underrated guitar player. Love the vids!

I like them more than EMG! Thanks for sharing 🤟

I kind of want to do a Fast Eddie Clarke type Stratocaster build with EMGs, as well as a purple metal flake guitar from Warmoth. I'd probably have them do the finishing, so I don't have to. I couldndo it, I'm sure, if not for my lack of patience. The curing really would try my patience.

Hey Euge, love your channel! Quick question, I have one of the solid color relic Frankies, great guitars. I thought the necks on those were wider at the neck pocket than Fender/Warmoth necks (2.25"/57.2mm vs 2.188"/55.6mm) . Was there a gap when you put the Warmoth neck on the Frankie? I'll have to measure mine when I get home I guess.

awesome stuff Euge, i've spent way too long on their website dreaming up custom builds
just wondering do you feel the tone changed much after the neck change if at all?
or basically a general improvement as it's nicer to play?
thanks

Did you treat the neck with anything, or will you leave it bare and let it age with oil from your skin?

Question for you sir. I have a Jackson dinky with a 12-16in radius with a Floyd. Should the radius of the Floyd rose saddles be 12in, or 16in? and if it's 16, do you have any recommendations for which spacers I'll need?
Thanks for your time 🤘

Brother awesome vid..can watch mods all day long.. such a great thing to make them your own.. I have owned an EBMM evh and have a Peavy Wolfgang standard.. both had great necks - asymmetric carve but both had R2 nuts like his old fender necks.. surprised the Frankie had and R3 at 43mm?.. maybe is what he used during that era?..awesome builds!!!

Hey brother, just wanted to say hello from San Antonio Texas. Big fan of your channel. Keep up the great work, you have no idea of how helpful you are to those of us around the globe. And I still can't pronounce your name correctly but i'm working on it! Maybe it's my Texas accent that's getting in the way....

I bought a nice Warmoth neck a few years ago for my MIM Frankenstrat. I made some errors in how I designed it and wish I went another route but overall its really well built. I can't stand that the neck needs to be removed for truss rod adjustment (guy at Warmoth said its not a big deal. Ya no..BS) but the roasting on it is really nice and it plays fine. If I had Jumbo SS frets ordered instead I'd like it even more. But as someone in Canada? Holy crap they're expensive. I think it cost me $600 CDN, landed @_@

Damn they turned out awesome man! You play eddie riffs really good too Euge. Have you ever used hip shot tuners? They are extremely good quality and work excellent imo. They have reduced height one also so you can eliminate string trees on fender style headstock, and they work awesome too.

Hey Euge, great vid. I want to fit a non recessed Floyd onto a Strat guitar kit I'm busy building. I have read that the neck has to be shimmed a little to get an angle so the action isn't too high. Is this something you have needed to do on the Warmoth guitar?
