Lu needs a cushion or a soft spot that she can own, the same way she owned the chairs behind you in the last place. She is clearly happy to sleep while you record, but only if she has a spot she can own that is comfy and close. Even if you folded up a couple of sweaters and placed them on the table she would own them as a cushy bed and sleep happily while you record. Have at least a tiny thought for her comfort. She is showing her angst for your not seeing her need. She knows when you start talking, it is going to take a while. And if she has a cozy spot to listen to your voice, she will be comfortable and sleep. That is all.
