It’s time to interview Dr. Natasha McBride. Thank you for your work 🙏
ОтветитьJapanese and Chinese eat a lot of white rice and they are considered the healthiest people and also the skinniest. Italien people eat a lot of pasta and bread and yet there is minimum obesity and diabetes.
I would say that health problems come from industrial foods. Especially in the US. The quality of food in general is horrible. Sorry.
WOW ; what a LADY !
ОтветитьOmg she is so fake and annoying. American women are so yuck these days!
ОтветитьWOW! Mary is the picture of beautiful on so many levels. Her smile, laugh and spirit energy is angelic. I love brains too, but WOW, she is the model of perfection. Not to mention I love the health factor. Lord help me...
ОтветитьCoffee messed up my stomach and therefore my digestion and microbiome. So yes, it can have an effect on those things. It made me really sick and I tried all kinds.
ОтветитьA2 and other milk (cow and goat) causes severe mucous in my throat 24/7 and gives me a dry cough. Makes it near impossible to sleep. Tests said I have high senates to dairy (especially cow)
What could I try because I miss my dairy

ОтветитьThanks Jesse, like always - excellent!
ОтветитьJesus I literally eat multiple handfuls of walnuts and peanuts every single day 😮
ОтветитьSo you should avoid fat to heal micobiome or not ?
Ответитьi inmediately closed this stupid video as she recommended dairy for calcium
ОтветитьSpanakopita!
ОтветитьHas she got a book that details everything she discussed?
ОтветитьJesse another guest said white potatoes are good for gut health and the night shade craze is nonesence so this is confusing.
ОтветитьOriginally, all cows produced A2 milk. But over time, a genetic mutation occurred in high-producing breeds, particularly Holstein (black and white) cows, resulting in an A1 variation of the beta casein protein.
ОтветитьYet another promoter of 🍖. If you love meat, you do not have to eliminate veggies 😉
Ответить"Getting a lot of sun 🌞 on your skin each day will shift the microbiome more than diet will." -- This is great news. But then she said "Sunglasses are really problematic for the microbiome, that makes me sad cuz I have to wear sunglasses when it's sunny, my eyes get every uncomfortable if I don't wear them.😎
ОтветитьGod she is so fake… yuck
ОтветитьDo you do any consultations in Cape Town Mary?
Ответитьcashews are not traditional? Anyone know whats the issue with them?
Ответитьmountain valley spring water does NOT have sodium chloride, realized this when I got dehydrated from using the sauna, my goodness
ОтветитьA2 whole milk yogurt gave me stabbing pain in my breast so I had to stop. Why did that happen? Is it because of too much Estrogen?
ОтветитьThis lady is the doctor of the future if the deep state does not silence these voices or channels. Super Great Information..
ОтветитьDanke!
ОтветитьI'm always blown away by this gal. There's really no one else like her (unless the wicked algorithm is hiding them). ;)
Ответить2;10 i am not sure i got this, is she saying rice is ok in small quantities if not eaten with pork or fish? thx
ОтветитьHere's a ChatGPT summary:
- Fiber is often promoted for bacterial diversity, but diversity doesn't equal health; the specific bacteria in the gut are what matter.
- Sun exposure can shift the microbiome more significantly than diet, suggesting minimal clothing and avoiding sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses for optimal sun exposure.
- The bacteria Akkermansia increases GLP1, similar to the effects of the weight loss drug Ozempic, suggesting a natural method for weight management.
- Struggling with weight often indicates inflammation or an unhealthy microbiome; a healthy microbiome maintains stable weight regardless of food intake.
- Problematic foods in the Western diet include potatoes (due to plant toxins), raw spinach (high in oxalates), and white rice (binds to thiamine, problematic with cytokine-based illnesses).
- Oxalates in foods like spinach can be managed by consuming them seasonally and with dairy, which binds to oxalates and reduces their impact.
- Calcium supplementation has been overemphasized; proper mineral balance is crucial for bone health, and boron can help regulate minerals in the body.
- Dairy is a health food, with A2 dairy being preferable due to its digestibility; unpasteurized and full-fat dairy are recommended for their enzymes and probiotics.
- Lectins in foods can be toxic or non-toxic; traditional societies processed out toxins through cooking, fermentation, and soaking.
- Rancid seed oils and omega-6s are problematic for health, contributing to cell membrane issues.
- Social interactions and lifestyle factors like daylight exposure and posture significantly impact the microbiome.
- Overhydration can lead to cellular dehydration; drinking less and relying on thirst mechanisms can improve hydration.
- Natural spring water is recommended for its mineral balance; traditional fluids like broths and teas are beneficial.
- Fiber's impact on the microbiome depends on the individual's health; it can be beneficial, neutral, or problematic.
- A compromised microbiome can be reset by avoiding starches and sugars for an extended period, followed by seeding with beneficial bacteria.
- Iodine deficiency is common due to environmental factors; supplementation with the right form of iodine can be beneficial.
- Light and sound significantly impact the microbiome and fungi in the body; natural light exposure and avoiding artificial light and sound are recommended.
- Weight loss can be supported by balancing blood sugar, using Akkermansia to increase GLP1, and addressing inflammation.
- Movement should be traditional and low-stress, like walking and dancing, to avoid cortisol spikes that hinder weight loss.
- Main message: Optimizing the microbiome and overall health involves a holistic approach, including diet, sun exposure, lifestyle changes, and understanding the specific needs of the body.
Oh dear God … I was so stupid I had the bright idea to put a raw potato in a salad and I was unaware of how green it was under the skin…. I ate it all and for three days my gut felt like it was dying as well as kidney pain and pain in the liver area and for the last two years I’ve tried juice cleanses and intestinal cleanses for parasites four times and elimination diets and basically was living on avocados and mangos and English peas and carrots I didn’t drink alcohol or eat any white sugar or any thing that was not organic and I tried no salt diets and adding salt and no fat or added raw coconut and olives and sprouted nuts and basically every single meal I tried of every single fruit by itself and every single vegetable and even juices caused me bloating ….. added over $300 of probiotics to my gut of every description and tried sun daily and grounding …. The sun is the only thing g that helped but I’m still suffering from this one time of solanine poisoning to the point where I am about to quit eating and go on a water fast …. There is nothing I can eat except for avocados and water and black coffee …. I’m with no energy because all the food goes through me undigested even with enzymes and probiotics ….. never again will I eat potatoes and I didn’t realize tomatoes were likely making this all worse and zucchini because I was eating those two things all the time along with turmeric on everything !!! I was drinking ginger tea all day !! I have been putting smoked paprika in everything ! Haha. ❤
ОтветитьWayne's world
ОтветитьAbsolutely love Mary and all this mountain of healthy, fascinating information 😀
ОтветитьHola Jessi ojalá y pudieras traducir esta entrevista gracias
ОтветитьVery few people can afford to eat this way
ОтветитьAt one point she recommends lifted probiotics at another point she talks about akkermansia. I'm not sure if she is recommending taking that as a supplement or what. Does anyone know?
ОтветитьFasting For reset ?
ОтветитьWat a well balanced view from her
ОтветитьThank you so much for asking about oxalates!! They can be very high in some foods and most of the foods used to be seasonal so our body had the rest of the year to clean them out. But that's not the case now with supermarkets open 24/7 and having Foods year round.
ОтветитьGrains, nuts, seeds so high in oxalates!!? Cashews or seeds and peanuts are legumes but they both have oxalates. The nuts / seeds that are the highest in oxalates or Brazil nuts and cashews.
ОтветитьWeight loss &/or insulin that has been resilient or resistent? Aren't those two opposite words resilient and resistant? It sounds like sometimes she's saying the word resilient but a negative way, and not the word resistant😊
ОтветитьHow is the bacteria acromancia spelled?
ОтветитьHow is the bacteria acromancia spelled?
ОтветитьWhat in the world is dry fasting just no food for 72 hours what about water?
ОтветитьI went to meat, cheese, eggs, butter, no bread, rice, and much less green leaf stuff..
After maybe one week i feel severely tired, achey, and unable to do much.
I love Mary! Nothing is totally good or bad.
ОтветитьWow Jesse you ask lol the right questions! Bravo! Very thorough
