I’m playing for the first time, I got a mime jr magby and cherubi without knowing they were hard to get….

It was never hard to get cherrim and cherubi if you have a copy of sword or shield LOL

You have to translate Unown to get them? Oh hell yea im down

Tbh I have like less than 20 wisps to find and I haven’t even be trying to find em I just find them in my play through

I thought you had to max out each pokemons pokedex entry to get Arceus. Cherubi took me forever! Wish I woulda known you only had to catch em lol

I had in insanely hard time trying to catch enamorus because of where it is in the bite lands in the wide open in the bog surrounded by Pokemon that will attack you.

Legend Arceus remains one of the very few Pokemon games where I completed the Pokedex. There were a few annoying things but overall it was just fun catching stuff in this game. And all the special capture methods that some Pokemon have made it a real treat when you finally were able to catch them.

The only thing I didn't particularly like was the wisps, because it wasn't really fun to aimlessly run around looking for them, and the Manaphy / Phione, because its stupid that you need a different game to figure out a mission. Or to use the internet.

Sunny-form Cherrim out of a tree in the Highlands, before a patch, had a 0% catch rate

I ran from a Cherubi coming from a tree thinking it was common and I had it already...

I then proceeded to find and catch a Cherrim elsewhere thankfully

Do you still need to catch every single Pokémon to get to catching Arceus in this game? I’m not rlly a big fan of completing the Dex but this would be another of the few Pokemon games that I would complete the whole Dex if that what it takes to get this Legendary 🥲… I also wanna get that Arceus in Shining Pearl too 🫠

Abra is easy. just use smoke bombs then u can catch them.

I keep seeing people say they had difficulties with Volos fight, I got through it first try and thought it was pretty easy.

You left out the fact the the wisps don't all spawn at once and vary based on weather condition. Annoyinggggggg

The only people who need to watch this are the ones who haven’t caught arceus. Ya I didn’t even let it run for one second. I just felt like saying this. Unpopular opinion: legends of arceus was the easiest game. Git good scrubs.😜✌️

I literally almost completed the game but needed the forces of nature to complete the Pokédex. I have yet to go back and get them. It’s such a hassle, I’d rather not lol

Freakin Chirubi was the last pokemon I caught before God. I could not get one to spawn to save my life.

Life is short plebs, get a modded switch, get a save editor like pkhex, add all mons to your box and done! Use your time to have fun not to struggle for pixels.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who's been having trouble with these. I went into Arceus blind, currently stuck at Volo (screw that guy), and quest-wise I wouldn't really know anything about the professor's sea legend or that for Unown I have to solve riddles? I thought it was completely random when and where I find them. More to feed my inner completionist, really 😂 And the X-button shortcut for item transfer? Lifesaver. Over 40 hours in and I keep learning things. 🙏

I agree with you about Arceus for one simple reason it took me almost 8 months to finally break through that sucker

Yo i got lucky as hell with cherubi and cherim , i just went looking for other mons and hit every moving tree and found them , never knew they where only in 3 trees lmfao, ive also been getting lucky as hell with space time distortions , i see them all the time and i already have most the evolution items.

when you evolve a pokemon do the change form so they look different ? I remember from some pokemon game that when you evolve a pokemon they change form and then they are sometimes bigger and look a bit different is this in this game the same ?

I despise the Volo battle, more than any prior battle ever!

The Ruins of Alph cursed me to need to collect all the Unown (now I must obtain every form of Pokemon that have multiple different forms, such as six Rotom, 9 Furfrou, 4 Deoxys, 18 Vivilion, etc)

"Spiritomb will qlways be hard to get" meanwhile in Scarlet/Violet. It's a daily spawn.

The only pokemon I actually haven't found in game is bonsly, and I have 90 hours on it! I got irritated after finding cherrim and used pokemon home to put bonsly in the game so I'd have a complete pokedex.
