Just identify his power hand and go fast and hard to the face rotating around his body away from the power hand and pre-emptively slipping and dipping away from the jab hand, and keep on rotating that way around his body with rapid open palmed palm punches to the face. Just keep on moving, wearing him out with cardio and changing his target all day long. And throw the first punch in the middle of a calm conversation with him. Talk to distract him from the first punch.

Last big guy that attacked me- before he made his move- I asked how he would like his folks notified? then snapped his knee and broke both collar bones when he hit the ground... the one before that I LOST-- was a big 6ft 7in. farm boy- about 350 pounds- and a bit "slow" mentally (we call them retarded in my day- but don't want to hurt their widdle feewins).. I stopped him coming up the steps to my assigned spot- and he refused to stop- did a spin kick and my heel caught his face squarely (in hard western heels) and his face DID NOT MOVE- in face he GRINNED!!! I go " oh sh... " and next thing I know- his big hand covered my face (couldn't see light around it) and he picked me UP by my head- took 5 other agents to get him OFF me.
