What are STUN and TURN Servers? (WebRTC Tips from WebRTC.ventures)

Thanks for explaining the TURN and STUN servers, however I have pretty basic question.
I am using BigBlueButton as my webRTC server and I do face ICE2007 errors (and a COTURN Server) is what the solution is suggested by experts. I am not sure how do I integrate coturn server with BB. I mean I have a firewall and I have setup BB behind it and assigned it PUBLICIP1 and done required NAT/Mapping of the ports. Now, the question is: If i setup a coturn server, do i have to use a new separate Public IP to map it to on the firewall? If yes, how would client browser know about the cuturn server IP in case of ICE error?

I just wish that firewalls implements some sort of standard to allow the peer to be able to connect for webrtc communication reason that'll just add it to allow list to make a connection between both parties. firewall needs to grow

So the STUN Server identifies the private IP (192.168.x.x) or the IP of the router and he will do with mac the rest?
