Honestly it has been the hardest thing for me and I couldn’t catch the flow as I wanted. But I feel like is okay and I feel great tho. Can’t wait to make it better and easier tomorrow

ОтветитьThe SIDE PLANK is SOOOOOO HARD!!! what the heck!! im on 3rd session, still really hard on my shoulder, and have to do it with one of my knees down. lol

Day 2- Still hard, but was a bit easier
Day 3- feel like its getting a lot easier, i feel stronger already!!
thats all i have done so far, LOL!! keep doing this its sooooo good for your body!!
I have always thought that dieting is eating only green vegetables and drinking water. Agoge Diet proved me wrong. I am eating delicious and nutritionally rich food and still reaching my fitness goals.
