Whatever you told in this video resonated with me more or less, except eating pattern. I like to do multiple things at the same time and very fast. I have interest in philosophy, I like to understand other people's mindset. My mom sometimes doesn't tell things, only moves hands or shows some gestures and I understand what she wants to tell. Same goes for my friends😁. This is sometimes reason of fight also because I get what they want to tell. But they want to finish the whole topic and I feel bored by then😂. So I manage there.😛
I don't like to use phone or any other distraction like tv during eating. I always like to sit with my family and have food. Sometimes I make others sit and have lunch dinner together. This is something I really enjoy. 😁
And I don't start eating first, I like to wait for all others and start together.😁
One more thing I had such friends who used to start eating as soon as they get food. He is fire and air dominated I think.

Very Rightly explained in a very simple manner... though I don't have much planets in air signs, mostly in fire or water... but debilitated sun with Rahu in Libra in my 11th house maybe the cause of my nerve related problems, hypertension and anxiety... & Mars in adra in Gemini in my 7th house... I don't know what that means... But I'm very short tempered ...

4 planets in airy sign, now i understand my emotions, i wrote in the water element. I was someone who'd bounce back, this time i am taking hell lot of time. I recently started waking up at 5.30, take a shower, then i go to a beautiful park, do yoga. Hoping to fix the damage i did amd continue improving 🙏🙏🙏
