The only problem is it’s so far away. Only one major road to get out there (66) and it takes forever to drive into DC.
ОтветитьAnother thing to note is this particular area is slated to become another mega data center alley. Some of the developers are saying it might be 2x to 3x the size of Ashburn's data center alley.
ОтветитьGood info as always David! But the Haymarket location is so far out and pretty much nothing out there. If I have to move that far from everything then why not move to a different southern states and go for the lower home prices/cost of living/taxes... Also, 66 Hwy is dangerous in my opinion.
ОтветитьAnother great video!!!
ОтветитьMoved to Bristow, from Aldie/Stone Ridge. We love it here much more than Stone Ridge and the prices are more affordable, and the people much friendlier, while the commute to work is pretty much the same (i-66 vs rte 50). There is also so much more to do with the Virginia Gateway town center and jiffy lube live next door.
ОтветитьGreat area!
ОтветитьI am thinking about moving to Haymarket. I am a teacher in Texas right now. Do you know any teachers who live in Prince William County and work for Fairfax County Public Schools? I can make $20,000 more working in FCPS.
ОтветитьBetween Aldie and Gainesville, which one would be best place?
ОтветитьWhat about the Piedmont Country Club community in Haymarket? I’m looking at a couple of homes there. What are your thoughts on Piedmont?
