Great video. But my translucency fraction slider is greyed out so I cant access it. Please let me know how to activate it.

I think it's time to update SSS and Volumetrics with new videos, I though a bit confusing using Refraction to set a chocolate material with better SSS . Honestly, even on the new physical material, the regular SSS seems to be not so realistic. It washes/flatten the object acting weird in my opinion. A parameter like "front/back scatter weighting" to control the amount of light scattered through the surface would be nice in order to make the material feel more wax or dense. Take a look at the Modo SSS material for some reference. I think it does the job well.

very helpful! I need to make mirror which has color on the edges, i mean many colors. I tried to use radial gradient but still couldn't make an affect I want to. Could you give me some advice ?
