ОтветитьQuick question, does rockering to the toe mean you’re rolling from the heel to the toe of the blade?
ОтветитьYou're an unc jason

ОтветитьHow long should the outside edge be held?
ОтветитьThanks mate ))
ОтветитьTotally helpful. What a video I’ve been looking for. I’m 57 and been playing hockey for 22 years. All men’s league self-taught. But I really struggle with crossovers like that and puck handling. Good video thank you would like to see more of those.
ОтветитьReally good video. Keep them coming.
ОтветитьReally enjoy your coaching style and how your incorporate the NHL player footage!
ОтветитьGood feel to have if doing this with speed, is to actually jump from one foot, to the next. Dont push and glide, push, jump and land on the next foot. Then you also feel like you are more pulling in your legs faster, rather than feeling like you are pushing your legs down. Pushing down waste alot of power for me atleast if i focuse more on jumping and pulling legs in, both in crosses or normal stride, i get much more power and my skates never slide like they sometimes do if i focuse on pushing legs instead. Jumping does something psychologically that my legs are use the most amount of efficiency
ОтветитьMisleading title. No drills...
