little update the homeowner has been arrested for assault and battery and with this video being up on the internet and it going viral it actually did help convict him in court

Home owners have been home invaded this way. Ringing the doorbell frantically and home owner opens door with a gun shoved in his face. It has happened to others and you gotta watch opening the door because you don’t really know if someone is packing a weapon. This has happened to people I know, so this guy reacted just like I would.

There is literally no defending this. It’s 2 o’clock in the morning so I get you’re weirded out but a simple “you got the wrong house”
is all that needed to be said. not to mention when the guy was just grabbing his phone and keys and trying to leave he didn’t have to hit him in the face again. That is not stand your ground law that’s assault.
