The fact that facebook has virtually no live customer support shows how dysfunctional they are. Even business accounts are often suspended for no reason and there is no recourse outside of suing them. Scammers will continue to rack up advertising charges on hacked accounts while support ghosts you. Try searching facebook for customer support. You will find thousands of pages claiming to "official" but none are real. Many of these pages have been operating with impunity for years, yet I get penalized for posting a chef's salad. I have reported several of these fake support profiles only to be notified that none of them violated community standards. If they wont even take steps to protect their customers against obvious imposters scamming them you can imagine how capable they are at protecting your child. How hard would it be for them to search their own site for people impersonating support when they are so good at squelching "medical disinformation" coming from Harvard professors?
