The second season has become way too heavy handed with leftest propaganda, its ruining the show. Yes there are concerns and conflicting ideologies, but this show only has one... the left's. I think they gave chicken little too much of a say in this show.

'Why are we going to Mars?' Especially, when it is taking so much of our financial and economic resources on Earth to get there? These moral midgets think that getting to Mars is more important than providing clean water for all of us on planet Earth. Seems these people are suffering somewhat from Scientism?
"Scientism", is an ideology that promotes science as the purportedly objective means by which society should determine normative and epistemological values.
Shame these people have so little real education as opposed to their scientific 'expertise'. 'Respect for life', 'noble', don't make me laugh, they are just educated idiots.

Already watched the first full episode. The actual show is ok, but they why did they have to ruin it with the documentary parts about how their plans with mars and it's challenges it already began to bore me so badly and it feels as if it's an advertisement. I seriously hope this will not persist in future videos bc it seriously ruins the show.

Tried to watch it, but got an attack of eye-rolling. Arthur Clarke said the stars are not for Man. We need to put all this money we are spending trying to put blobs of fragile protoplasm in space and put it into development of advanced AI and robotics -- that is the future of space travel within the solar system. The stars we can forget about. We don't particularly need humans picking up rocks and hitting golf balls on Mars; especially considering the fantastic $sum$ we would have to spend to accomplish that.

Someone BADLY needs to fart during this awful cliche'd speech. I hoped this would be in the same league as The Martian or even Interstellar, not close.

Hopefully it will get better.

As an scientist for decades it behooves me, to find this program which of course was long in waiting, is absent of, any Hispanics actors as if we disappeared in the future. NASA has for years, has hired hundreds of top Hispanic scientist but in this program they are nonexistent! So, in summation, this program is totally a science fiction movie as with the likes of War of the worlds!!!

Everyone alludes to the one aspect that no-one is investing in to make a mission to Mars less dangerous. We need to have an acquitted support structure in place. Both at Earths end and at Mars. We need permanent orbiting service stations for repairs and emergency assistance. Remember Murphy's Law as it apply s even in space.

I don't believe any of these characters are astronauts.

Lets spend lots and lots and lots of money to go to Mars - since we are messing up this planet.
Ehh - why not just spend the money on earth and save our planet.

another drama series from holywood ... wtf...watched first series... because of a microscheme , they landed badly,and basicaly a big drama starts how the survive...because of a scheme ? like really they didnt run tests right before landing to see if that scheme is broken ? basicaly, this series use real life people that want to achieve landing on mars, but they really think that with all the best scientists and engineers in the world, the landing would be the hardest thing to achieve...

we would watch this but just like hollywood shit always got to be made to look like its targeting white audiences only for example it shows flash backs of the white man past life only and yes you damn right im bringing race into this.Why not just make a fucking astrology movie without it always having to have a white man and white lady love affair.

Listen... I'm all for those kinda weird "What would it be like" fake documentaries. As long as its clear that it's all speculations.
I'm not cool with fake documentaries trying to fool people, movie fiction and reality shows (Ehem Discovery Network).
