Just because a lot of people are doing it doesn't make it right Karen is a beautiful name and should not be referred to as a rude person there's actual words to describe people that are rude obnoxious and we can simply just say what they are they are rude and obnoxious they don't need to be relabeled into a female's name

When you say the word Karen it's another word for rude rather than saying rude you're using a woman's name and it's Discriminatory against the female gender I don't know who come up with using the word Karen to describe a rude person but it is not appropriate and as a society we need to evolve more. Karen is a beautiful name for a woman the name Karen is the Danish name and a Greek name and actually means pure and innocent. Whoever made this saying up done it to be malicious of the female gender. Just some knowledge there and some education thank you and I really enjoy your program your information is so helpful to so many people thank you again😊

A-Tier: Truck Driver

12 yr truck driver here. I agree with the ranking as well as the cons of the lifestyle. But i would say the cons are not so bad if you’re single with no children. And the pros FAR outweigh the cons because you can do a lot of things other ppl cannot do, such as:

1. You can live in your truck and save A LOT of money FAST. It is pretty reasonable to NET $1,200/week as a rookie trucker. That’s $4,800/month in the bank. Your truck has a comfortable bed, a fridge, and heat/AC—all at no cost to you. So you will save all the money you’d normally spend on rent, utilities, car note, car insurance, and gas. All you pay for is your phone bill, and the food you eat everyday. Let’s be generous and say that’s $1,200/mo you spend on those 2 things. You save the rest. You do the math on how much you saved in the bank after a year or two of that.

2. If you work OTR you earn UN-paid time off whenever you want to use it. Right now my deal is for every three weeks i stay on the road i get one week off. If i decide i want to spend that week in Las Vegas they will send me to deliver something to Las Vegas; so i basically get paid to go there. Park my truck at a truck stop in Las Vegas then hit the town for a week. Next month i decide i want to go to Colombia (the country). I get a load to Atlanta and park the truck there because they have the cheapest tickets to Colombia. Then i stay in Colombia for that whole week and do whatever. And i can do this every month because i always make more than enuff money to do it and i stay on the road long enuff to get the time off every month.

3. If you save your money like that for one year you can use it as a down payment on a duplex with an FHA loan. Live on one side and rent out the other side so you basically live there for free. Now you have a house to live in, can quit trucking with money in the bank after a year or two, then take on one of these remote jobs listed in this video. Now you can make and save even more money while living in a house YOU own that gets paid for by someone else 💰💰💰💰

I think data entry is not so bad. You could work from home and listen to music. You don’t have to work with people if you are introverted and you can get more advanced and technical data entry later. You can start from a temp agency and find something permanent later. But yes, could be a bit monotonous. Stretch your wrists too.

TLDR:

best: anything digital/software related is good
then trades
if you do low level jobs, make sure its part-time
worst: full time low-level non-tech jobs

This is a great resource! I know this is not meant to be a totally exhaustive list, but I would add Business Analyst and System Admin to the list. Both of these roles can earn near 6-figures for junior level roles in most circumstances. For instance, in the Salesforce ecosystem, which I've been working in for 8 years, you can help configure software through point-and-click setup pages rather than write code, and help companies best use their Salesforce software, while starting out around $85k.

You lost me with the service industry restaurant worker part. You know how many people I've seen go from jobs you need a bachelor's or Master's for, that left that to bartend or serve tables because the money is better. I worked a job where I served tables and cleared between 500 and 700 a night in 6 hour shifts.

As a former Realtor I highly disagree. You should ONLY go into real estate if you have a very large existing social circle (like, in highschool terms, you’re *super popular*), and be prepared for extremely hefty fees for all of the orgs you have to be a member of. You’ll spend thousands a year just to BE a Realtor.

Waited tables many years before getting thru school. I don’t know of any place that I could’ve lived off working there 10-15 hours a week. We have to share about %20 of tips. Even in school-I worked 30-40 hours a week and made less than 25k back in the early 2000’s.

Security Guard is S tier if you're introverted. If requested/lucky you're at a site where you're unmanaged like a sanitation site (no cameras, people) it's so easy you get paid for sleeping. Pair that with a remote job and you're instantly earning above 150k annually your first year of doing this. If you're managing credit and investing you'll have monster amounts of profit very fast; by far has been the quickest track to being a millionaire for me whilst still seeming like a normal person.

I'm capable of doing multiple remote jobs at the same time paired with investing, multiple credit cards which give me discounts on everything I do with their rewards, and the flexibility of working alone at a security site every week continues to shoot my net worth high since im also a conventional spender.

More or less can get the same results depending on where you live. I'm in New York with a $400 rent I offset with a Bilt Credit Card that gives you your money back im travel which you can sell to people who travel more than you if you'd want. You can imagine why the gains are so retarded since i virtually use credit cards to make my purchases cost nothing or earn, state income multiplier, and jobs that literally pay me to eat, sleep, n shit.

As someone who worked at a Texas roadhouse for two years, food service is a D tier. The work is hard and the pay is mediocre, but it is a good first job. I'm sick of it now, but the experience of busting my ass for $7-14 an hour was enlightening (kind of)

Im not looking to make gazillions my first year, id legitimately be happy with $1000 a month. I just want to know what its like to earn money and have SOME responsibility, but i also want to have a life outside of working (for now at least). Someone, please help me out! I wanted to study biomedical engineering but some seniors of mine and some of my friends are saying that the job opportunity in this field is minimal. I'm also interested in mechanical engineering but more interested in biomedical engineering . My seniors suggested I apply to mechanical engineering for undergrad and then do biomedical engineering in masters. So what should I do? undergrad in Mechanical engineering and masters in biomedical engineering or do undergrad and masters in biomedical engineering?

I think IT should go to A tier - it's not on the same level as software dev and I worked in IT for years. Also cyber security is not an entry level field. You need years of IT experience like as a system administrator to make the switch.
