ОтветитьNever heard of this band but I like what I am hearing. Damn catchy
ОтветитьSo glad i found these guys during this God forsaken Pandemic. Thank you Flatliners
ОтветитьCommence the annual Flatliners/Menzingers binge. Happy early New Year, everybody.
ОтветитьCommon you guys have a great album but Your production you’ve compressed the hell out of it and there’s so much distorting In Some of the songs, stop the loudness war production!
ОтветитьSounds like Billy Corgan's band Zwan.
ОтветитьTHE BEST SONG IN THE WORLD!!!!!
ОтветитьGreetings from Argentina, I follow the band since 2011, you are incredible !!
Ответитьlove this video so much
ОтветитьSo amazing
ОтветитьThat's me when I am 70
ОтветитьInviting light is a shit album.
ОтветитьKiller!
ОтветитьIt's easy to understand why so many don't like it: guitars are kinda hidden in the mix and have no punch, vocals have this fake tube drive (which is pointless considering how much drive his vocals have naturally), songs are sluggish. So they used to be fast, agressive, with powerful guitars. Now they have none of those characteristics. You add the fact all this coincided with a new label and everyone is suspicious of why they actually changed. Had the opportunity to talk with the guitarist after the show in São Paulo for over half an hour (great guy btw) and asked if the band made those mixing choices or the label, he answered the band took that path on their own, but I did not find him very convincing.
ОтветитьAnyone know who the actor in the white suit is? He fucking murders in this video...this in my opinion is my fav music video since my hero. Fucking best music video of the decade an that old dude is cool..whats his name

ОтветитьI fucking love this song
ОтветитьGod these guys just get better and better. That was a punch to the gut.
ОтветитьOh man, this is a far cry from Count Your Bruises, but I am absolutely on board!
ОтветитьThese are not the same people who made broken bones is it? Smh
ОтветитьI can't stop listening to this song
ОтветитьStill so good. Love this song!
ОтветитьOk. That has to be the chick "she's nubs" is about. Like there's no way she's not.
ОтветитьGood fuckin tune boys. Saw you with the Dirty Nil a few months back. Killer show. Digging the new album
ОтветитьThis band sure did evolve.
They've gone from making the most genuine, punchy and raw hardcore on Destroy to Create, The Great Awake and Cavalcade to just making absolutely beautiful music on Dead Language and Inviting Light.
Dead Language took a bit of time to get used because of that little bit of post-hardcore influence, but now I can't live without Birds of England or Tail Feathers.
I consider those absolutely worth of being mentiond among the greatest songs ever written.
Their sound on this album fits them a lot better than Dead Language. Nothing will beat Cavalcade, though.
ОтветитьThey'll always be my favorite band. No matter how may times they change things up; it's always genuine.
Ответитьvoices are def a bit overproduced but it sounds okay and The Flat deliver some solid power rock with this song
ОтветитьLeading me to this band is the only good thing the new Flatliners movie did to me
ОтветитьOh man the Flatliners aged well with me I guess
Ответитьactually i think it sounds more like Billy Corgan's Zwan band
Ответитьlove it. sounds a bit Smashing Pumpkins
Ответитьi heard lot of black metal song. i think the vocal effect matched to this song atmosphere. its projecting the abstract of the art. real deep and calm.
ОтветитьLove it!!!
ОтветитьI see a lot of hate on the new style of The Flatliners. The thing is, artists and bands get so jaded sticking to the same song formulas year after year. Sure it's a lot less punchy and ballsy, but if you give the messages a chance you'll realize its true genius. I'll shut up now
Ответить2005 is coming back. Love it!
ОтветитьSuch a weird video... i love it
ОтветитьHaven't really listened to these guys since Great Awake - talk about doing a 180...
ОтветитьThis Ain't Hollywood?
