i followed this recipe..it became brownie cake (darrrn)
ОтветитьI finally have an oven after years of wanting to bake these lmao (I now have adult money)
ОтветитьIs it okay if I melt the butter and chocolate with the double boiler method?
ОтветитьI used 5 eggs but they still came out amazing really recommend
ОтветитьI’ve had this saved since forever and only got to actually make it today. I followed the instructions to a T but
unfortunately, I burned the surface.😢 (I think i placed it too close to the grill in the oven and had the wrong grill-type on) I will have to update on the taste once it cools down 😂
It’s such a bummer! I will have to try it again in the future…
Made these today and I've been baking for 25+ years. In no way were these fudgy and I followed the recipe exactly. The were more cake like - sooooo, kinda disappointed. I will say the flavour is excellent.
ОтветитьI mean it’s good but it’s way too sweet
ОтветитьPan size??
ОтветитьI don’t know why mine turned out so dry. Looks great but really dry. What can I be doing wrong?
Ответить❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьIdk how I messed up but I forgot to put the flour
It came out really gooey
Another tip is wait till they are totally cooled down otherwise u will have crumbs and a mess everywhere. I don’t slam my pan on the counter. Don’t want cracked brownies .
ОтветитьWe don’t want the metric system. Heavens no! Never. There is absolutely NO reason to switch over a system we have already had in place for hundreds of years. And it works!
Ответитьyummy 😋
ОтветитьWhat were the measurements of the form they used for this recipe?
Ответитьcould you do a version with stevia or sweeteners pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeee
ОтветитьThank you, Tasty. The best brownie recipe EVER!!!
ОтветитьI've made and tried plenty of brownie recipes the title isn't a lie ,these are the Best brownies you'll ever make 🎂🍫
ОтветитьI made this a few months ago to a company pot luck and they still talking about it till now
* I made mine with Oreo crumb on top, cream chees frosting and chocolate ganache
YALL SHOULD TRY ITT
No offense but this recipe is so not good. I’ve made them multiple times and they’re too sweet. The sugar ratio is off
ОтветитьI just made these. They turned a little more cakey and fluffy than expected but I really don't mind. Flavor is insane, very chocolatey and rich.
I reduced the amount of salt in the batter because I used table salt and more importantly, I used 280g of granulated sugar instead of the 400g because that's why y'all have type 2 diabetes and they are fine like this.
Eu fiz essa receita pra uma festa de aniversário e todos amaram!!!!
ОтветитьThumbs down. Made to specifications with 60% chocolate. Nice fudgy texture, but simply too much espresso powder. Overpowering. And too much kosher salt. I didn't enjoy them because of this. For comparison, the King Arthur recipe for 13x9 brownies uses 1 teaspoon of espresso and 1 teaspoon of salt. Food Network's 13x9 classic brownies uses 1/2 teaspoon of salt and unsalted butter.
Ответитьmy toppings always get burned. i added oreos and they became inedible. any tips?
ОтветитьBarefoot contessa has the best.
ОтветитьWehen i put them back into the oven should the von still be 180 Celsius
ОтветитьHow much butter?
Ответитьi made them, my familty said theyre amazing however i burnt them because our ovens a lil different TwT a little silly but still great
ОтветитьWhat chocolate bar did you use?
ОтветитьTip: don’t be lazy like me and try to cut corners on the ganache stage ! I thought it would be a good idea to put hard butter in the jug with the chocolate and then put it in the microwave to melt it. What ended up happening was the chocolate burned and separated from the melted butter and it was a huge mess. Luckily it was salvageable and came together when I added the rest of the ingredients and still turned out fabulous, so it’s safe to say this recipe is also idiot proof. In future make sure to always melt the butter in a separate bowl and don’t try to be clever with it
ОтветитьI can't see how much butter to use. So how much do I use for this recipe?
ОтветитьMetric system is the best
ОтветитьDon’t use the Lord’s name
ОтветитьI tried this recipe and it turned out sooooo good, but later it will start smelling cause of the egg.
Ответитьwhat a sexy voice !! ... i dont care about the brownies anymore.. haha
ОтветитьYummy
ОтветитьWhy is mine coming out cakey? Is it because I'm using baking dark chocolate? Is it the oven temperature idk
ОтветитьSUPER DUPER GOOD !!!
ОтветитьI tried this recipe, but the brownies turned out to be a bit too salty😢.
And also there were no crackes formed when I wacked them after 20 mins of baking. It appeared just like any chocolate cake.
Hope it turns out better next time
Can every brownies recipe be doubled or made in a big batch? Or they need to be modified ?
Ответить🙌🏾
ОтветитьSo what can we substitue for eggs in this recipe? Would flax eggs or applesauce yield same results?
ОтветитьOh yum!
ОтветитьA great recipe for brownies. Already made it twice
ОтветитьDue to that disgustingly obnoxious vocal-fry register, I had to mute her and read the subtitles. UGH.
ОтветитьMine cam out really dry 😞 Any advice or common mistakes?
Ответитьmine were rlly gooey in the middle and they weren’t solid what should i do 🥲
Ответитьprobably the best brownies i have ever eaten and i made it!!i would like to add like others that i would reduce the oven time to 20-22 minutes after the whacking step.
ОтветитьThis video made me want brownies so badly I’m going to have to make them and see if they really are the best 👀
ОтветитьI must admit, I followed the recipe step by step, but my Brownie ended up more on cakey side. I think that's because of too many full eggs. Instead we should do like 2 full eggs and 4 or 5 yolks.
