how can you flip a car if you have to register it in order to get a new title to be able to sell it yourself , also you need insurance in order to register a car so how would that work ive been trying to figure it out plz

The reality on every country worldwide outside US:
You pay 40k for an old bmw m3 from the Early 90's.
You spend 10k on dyi service with aftermarket parts.
The car pays 5k in mandatory insurance and road tax for the first 6 months, but it fails the inspection because it is not working, and the government sends you a 3rd strike letter for you to show up at the mot.
It will not run... ever!!! It's toasted.
You quit, and scrap it for less than 50€, and them you have to pay for the recycling fee 650€
You buy an I4 electric for 60k€. It's still a bmw, not a tesla model s for 110k€

The fuel filter feeds both banks so it would never have been a fuel filter fault. Just a bit of advice for the future. On a V engine if the fault code is saying either bank 1 or 2 then the fault is easier to find usually as you can rule out a lot of potential issues (like fuel filter, air flow sensors on a single intake etc) straight away. Single bank engines can be harder to narrow down any issues as there is obviously only one bank.
