The XIOMI LED Tv will shut down after the warrenty expires . Useless to pay such huge amount on Chinese tv instead buy branded tv . They will tell u the repair will cost 16- 24 thousand. NEVER BUY A ONEPLUS TV . I REALLY HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ONEPLUS. I purchased tv 12 months ago and just 2 days before my wareanty was about to expire my tv got some panel problem and stopped working. I called a customer care and they arranged a technician visit and he came and asked us to wait for the part to arrive and i kept on calling them they just kept saying sir please wait few more days and after 25 days they said me sir part isn't available we will pick your old tv and give you a new one and after a picking my tv it took them 15 days and when i called they said sir we will be providing you with the coupon so you can purchase online from our website. And when is opened my mail to check coupon they provided me a wrong coupon. And then i kept calling them they just lingered it on and asked me to wait. Then after more 14 days the coupon was sent on my mail and when i opened the website to place a order The product was out of stock. SO IN SHORT THEY HAVE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND POOR BUILD QUALITY. BETTER SPEND SOME MORE FEW BUCKS AND GO FOR SAMSUNG LG SONY.
