**Important Correction Notes*: -Most sources I see show butter has roughly 0.5g per 14g (tablespoon), and margarine has 2.1g trans fat per 14g per tablespoon. In no way am I saying butter is horrible for you (in fact, I eat it regularly without issues). I link to what these studies are saying.
- There are also new studies now debating whether HDL & LDL is good or bad (or is it just inflammation); I definitely agree that no one has all the answers yet and am open to new opinions.
-Statins: I personally don't prescribe them as a foot specialist. It appears to be a negative consensus building up against them. Always check with your doctor to see what the proper medications are for you. 😀
- Are fruits healthy? We could debate this forever, but in moderation, I believe these are an amazing source of nutrition and go over the undeniable benefits in my other videos (but in no way does not mean going crazy eating just fruit all day.)

ОтветитьAnother load of vegetarian crap. Butter and animal fats are good for you period. Seed oils and margarine are horrible for you. You need literally no fiber on an animal based or carnivore diet.
