ОтветитьHelen, I have been trying to work on this recipe since Friday. I didn't want to buy beer Friday, so I used coconut milk and sparkling water. It was good but major fail because it did not make a crepe. I ate it anyway. This time, I followed your recipe to the letter. (I bought a 12-pack of beer which I will share with my husband.) However, it did not make a crepe, and the batter was very runny. I ate it, but it was not right. Please help.

ОтветитьChị Helen nè. C cho hơi nhiều bia như vậy bánh xèo ăn vô mùi bia hăng lắm. Chỉ cho nữa chén bia thôi c nhé. Còn c muốn bánh xèo ngon thật ngon để e chỉ cho. C chỉ dùng nước lọc có gas ( k phải nc ngọt có gas) như vậy bánh xèo giòn ngon. Còn công thức bánh xèo vừa béo vừa giòn là 1 nửa nc lọc có gas và 1 nửa nc cốt dừa, k dùng bia. Bánh xèo se giòn ngon còn c cho quá nhjeu bia bánh sẽ bị ra mùi bia bánh xèo. Mấy bạn nào k tin thì cứ làm theo chị Helen xem thử bánh xèo có thành bánh xèo bia k nhé.

ОтветитьLove your videos and love bánh xèo. My friend taught me how to make it. She adds fresh shredded coconut to meat. I haven't really seen that in any videos. Is that not a very common Vietnamese thing to do?
