Everyone scared of the potential for explosion if the valve is covered. I’ve been covering the valve for decades and not a single exploding pot…don’t be ding dongs, the valve will still work…
ОтветитьPouring boiled water into the mokka put, this is not what mokka put meant for
ОтветитьIt starts brewing at a lower temp? Makes zero sense. The water is going to heat up past the point of whatever temp that boiling water is regardless
ОтветитьNooo
Oddio che fai
This is a 1:1 replica o the James Hoffmann recipe
ОтветитьNah. Cold water and start on the lowest so I can go take a 20 minute shit before my coffee comes out.
ОтветитьCold water is so much better.
ОтветитьI have heard hot water is better I have hear room temperature water is better which is it
And all of u saying cold water do u take it out of the freezer😅
You hipsters are the worse !! 😂😂
Dude just put water and coffee like people did for decades. Low heat that’s it
You don’t need to make it a science project
Man, you just redefined the way I make the best coffee.
ОтветитьEs aluminio ....
ОтветитьMust be an Italian dark roast coffee such as Lavazza Kimbo or Illy
ОтветитьI really enjoyed watching this knowing well that i'm never making this coffee
ОтветитьToo much water in the bottom chamber
ОтветитьWhat is the name of this mug ?
ОтветитьStarting with hot water and then brining the temp down once it starts to flow is exactly how you're supposed to do it. You want to get it to flow as fast as possible so the coffee isn't sitting there for too long and then bring the temp down so you get a slow, steady, even extraction.
A lot of people are saying not to cover the valve, and there is a line directly below the valve that they recommend filling it up to. But even if the valve is covered with water and the pressure is too high it would still open to release the pressure but water will come out instead of steam. Generally this never happens because the pressure just comes out the top and keeping the temp low prevents high pressure.

ОтветитьIf you have this coffee maker for two cups of coffee, is it ok to put coffee for one person, or you always have to make coffee for two cups?
Ответитьso not only self proclaimed professionals are annoying with their bullcrap. Looks like that now pure idiots that know nothing started to doing it
Ответить👍
ОтветитьLooks like shit!
ОтветитьDon’t care about the coffee or the water amount, I am just taken by how nice his voice is in my headphones
ОтветитьI learned that water boils at different temperatures depending on where it starts. Neat!!
ОтветитьWrong on évery level! Check the Barletti instruction on YT!! Cold water, belów the valve, medium heat, lid ón the pot!
Ответить1) Water must be hot, you can heat it in the bialetti, putting the bottom part in the stove or just using boling water
2) When you put it in the fire and it starts to pour tou must take it out of the stove and it will finish by itself
First tip "start with boiling water" already wrong lmao. The moka has that weird shape on the coffee grounds holder bc it uses the water that's on the bottom instead of the one evaporating on top of the chamber, bc boiling water burns the coffee and makes it unnecessarily bitter. Reported for misinformation <3
ОтветитьI love how hipsters think they know more than everyone and they need to reinvent the wheel.
ОтветитьIsn’t it moldy
ОтветитьThis is NOT how you make espresso! You do NOT use hot water and you fill it to below the valve. Also you do NOT fill the basket NOR do you pat it down! You scoop coffee into the basket to form a peak but you do not flatten it!
ОтветитьBro just looks at James Hoffman videos and repeats everything in a “shorts” format. Very impressive…
ОтветитьHonestly when you learn how to use a moka pot right (like this) you realize it's an awesome method. I love moka pot coffee.
ОтветитьЯ знаю що, коли екстракт доходить до нижньоно рівня "носика", то кавоварку треба прибирати з вогню і ставити у холодну воду. Бо те що виливається фонтаном вже є відходами.
ОтветитьI've been using this for 10 years plus. What a crock of shit.
ОтветитьWater can not boil at a lower temperature wtf 🤣🤣
ОтветитьWell.if you're foolish enough to pay over 450 for this, you'll fall for the nonsense in this video .
Ответить👍
ОтветитьVery good
ОтветитьContainer is made of aluminium 😢 and boiling water in aluminium containers is not good for health
ОтветитьKeeping the lid open stopped mine from working 😢 realized after almost 15 minutes my lid MUST be closed
ОтветитьWhat is this the 1800s ? My nonnans nonnan used to make coffee this way. Get a kurig
ОтветитьUse filter paper
ОтветитьI've tried using both room temp and boiling water in my Moka Pot but I didn't find a significant difference and I find boiling water is just another step complicating the process.
These days my preferred method is to use filtered room temperature water, heat over medium heat until the coffee begins to flow then turn down to low heat. Pour out the coffee into a cup just before the level when it would begin to sputter. Enjoy.
This helped a lot, I think my stove is kinda tripping and my coffee doesn’t exactly stream out perfectly without it sputtering most of the time but heating up the water before hand definitely made it come out better
ОтветитьGood tips but this is not a recipe it it a technique or method. A recipe contains amounts and values, i.e., 19 grams of coffee, 9 grams of hot water, etc.

Absoluta basura.
ОтветитьNO NO NO ! No-one should follow this ridiculous "how to"
Water straight from the tap!
Water level UNDER the safety valve!
If you want to learn, follow the instructions on Bialetti website.
can you make latte art with this coffee?
ОтветитьErr... so did you forget "the recipe?" 🤔
ОтветитьBro literally showed us how not to use moka pots☠️
