In the manga she actually lives and get rid of her disease and stay with her mother, only yukito disappear. He uses his wish to to take out the disease from her

A friend of mine recommended this song, Aozora, to me about 12 years ago. Instantly, I fell in love with its soft melody, never knowing the story/anime behind it. Now seeing this made me want to watch this anime. 😭😭😭 Where can I watch this???

I finally got to finish this anime as I keep on watching it is more saddening than before. I didn't expect that Mizusu's aunt will be given more screen time near the end of the anime I just thought it would focus more on Mizusu's romance with Yukito and other girls' experiences. I'm glad that they were finally free from the said curse and they got their wishes. Choosing between Clannad or this, I say Clannad is more impactful for me but that doesn't mean I don't like Air tv it also has it's own charm. I don't know if there is a manga of Air tv I might read it.

Yeah, a while back I heard Aozora on Japanese radio, thought it was a beautiful song. When I went to search it, found out it was the insert song for this. so I watched this scene, once. I watched it once. Cried for a solid 2 weeks at least, like a baby who was left on a mountainside all alone. I f&^%ing hate this sort of thing, "natural/necessary/inevitable injustice", like a parent surviving their child, especially in the case of an accident (drunk driver and it wasn't them) or disease, or bad genetic lottery. I can't do it, on a spiritual level. It makes me unbelievably sad and insatiably pissed at life.

Just like I can't listen to "Christmas Shoes", that song pisses me off because no poor 10 year old child's mother should be allowed to die on one of the three happiest days of the year. Reality should not allow such a sad thing to happen. Or a loved on die on your birthday, or graduation, etc. But it happens, you look away for one second and your toddler shoved a knife into their mouth. It happens, and it shouldn't. Reality should not allow such intense sadness to manifest.

The video isn't running, but just me typing this message is making me tear up, F&^%. I'm moving on, but yeah. I won't ever watch this show because it has this one scene. Unless I watch the whole thing with a therapist, I'm never watching this stuff. I can't handle it.

The ending was sad but this was by far the best anime I saw. I usually feel bad because he doesn't get to be human again, but I think it had the best and fulfilling ending ever.
