I love how, if you look at the whiteboard at Ben's food testing scene, it foreshadows that the calzones were bad. It was the only caterer where both food experts (Chris for veggies and meat for Ron) said the food was bad. The other caterers only got heat from the expert that didn't like the food on principle (the caterer behind Ben's shoulder is revealed in the full scene, where Chris is disappointed in the lack of veggie options and Ron loves the meat).
