In the plasma's pink glare, steel burning in air, gave proof through the flight, that the fin was still there.

Once they get even one starship back, even if it is so badly damaged (and obsolete) that it will never fly again, they'll learn a lot about the engines and the spacecraft to seriously speed up innovation.

I can use sub centimeter guidance on my RC airplanes with off the shelf products. I'm shure horizontal guidance isn't an issue for Space X. the issue is calibration and software and that just takes time and data.

Aerodynamic modeling has come a long way. They don't necessary need to redesign the fins, or the hinges. They just need to redesign the airflow around them.

What a stupid comment Frazer, (why are they trying so FAST).

I'd like to know if the current starship's payload capacity is equal to the Shuttle's 30 tons. That is Elon Musk's deadliest secret.

Ok so what exactly are you commentators saying?
The way you guys edited this video, it left me scratching my head.
Was Biden confused or not?
And what has that got to do with Trump?
How about you just showing the complete video without putting a spin on it. Sheesh!

OK, I really need someone to explain to me this:

How can all of this be 'AMAZING' when SpaceX has literally failed in every project or contract they got, not achieving any of the milestones, being in a baby toddler state of the things?, Remember all of this was about going to the Moon and colonize Mars (in fudging 2024), and when the main project for a manned mission spacecraft has never achieved any success, when the cost of all of this equals the Apollo project, but Apollo project was able, in this scale and time of the project, to put several men in space and even orbit our satellite. SpaceX has not even capable of finishing ONE UNMANNED MISSION succesfuly.

Well, it was a rethoric question. The answer is that this is a scam, a trillionaire big scam.

Amazing they still doubt Elon , every ship has made great strides more then the last , and you think he years away from perfection , your nuts , he newest guy building these and 10 x farther then rest of competition , some people are meant to sit and watch and complain in life and others are go getters , with no such thing as can’t

the rush, Mr. Slowsky, is that our species is still vulnerable to a planet scale disaster... once we are living self sufficiently on multiple bodies, we will be harder to exterminate.
