What to look out for in a PPL licences school

Hey Stefan, just wondered if you ever use HF frequencies outside VHF range? It sounds like it's almost obsolete now but I just love the idea of trying it in some remote part of the country.

Great trip. I recall driving to Leigh Creek once back a few decades and it was a hell of a trip. It's weird seeing it as simply the first stop on your massive journey. Hope to watch a lot more of these videos from you.

Stef since you have fuel totalizer have you given thought into changing on fuel used instead of time? I switch after 10 gallons, gives you 6 swaps on my plane with 7 left in each tank which is minimums for me... 14 gallons, little over 1.25 hours of flight time, at that point I better be near the airport or I find one as things get more complicated..

As a Brit this makes me realise how big Australia is. What a great trip.

It’s interesting that your fuel selector does not have a “both” position. Most aircraft I have flown have a left, right or both position for the fuel selector.

Across implies one side to the other, nit north/south
