Well hello there Dy Ann. I have to say that I stumbled among you on Facebook and I'm so thrilled I did. I have been fasting since 2017..on off but every time I come back to it and realize it's what works best for me and keeps me in check. I've been in the fitness industry for over 20 yrs now. Competed in bodybuilding and then aggressively Competed in crossfit. I even had my own HIIT gym in NY. But being in this industry, one gets slammed regularly by all different opinions about how an athlete should eat. I've done it all. But I will forever fast. I typically do 20/4 but sometimes go longer. I feel great in the gym, with running etc.. I have to say I agree with EVERYTHING YOU SAY ! Keep up the message, It works. I'll be here watching and fasting. 💪👍.

Why do i feel worse when i eat healthy and feel very when i eat junk food? Why have i been IF eating healthy anna exercising 5-6 days a week since january and I've not lost a pound, haven't lost any inches, my clothes fit no different, my body looks no different, my insulin levels havent changed, i don't feel any better, im still bloated. Im close to quitting because none of this is working. I gained 30 pounds within 2 months by changing nothing, and now i can't get rid of it with IF, exercise, and healthy eating.

$197 US is unfortunately $264 Canadian. I really wanted to sign up for June. I’m hoping by August I can. Watching as many videos in the meantime. Awesome info

I love fasting I definitely need more self control I work for a Market and vending company I am surrounded by people eating and stocking all the junk trying to make this work its torture at times but I will continue to get it right ✅ 06/06/23@ 552pm

Sue K - APR '23 grad - I was on vacation the week of Memorial day and I really nailed my 20/4 fasting lifestyle. What I did realize was just how much as a society we eat simply b/c it is time or simply b/c we may have a slight rumble in our tummy. I realized how habitual it is to distract ourselves in these moments and just reach for food, not even giving a thought to what we're doing to ourselves. IF is an empowering mindset and once attained, I am not sure there is a feeling that is better! :-) I am still just loving this lifestyle! 🙂

I started with your class on Saturday for the month of June. I am just going to pretend.
I am in class again. My concern, when I was in class this past September. I lost significant
inches all over . Yeah me! I have not gain anywhere. What I don't like is the saggy, creasing extra skin.
Im afraid when I lose more inches/weight, I will be left with all the extra skin.
THIS HAS BEEN A BLOCK FOR ME I WANT TO MOVE PAST THIS I NEED TO DO MORE WORK
FOR MY ENTIRE EXISTENCE OF BEING AN AGING WOMAN

Also when deciding what your promise will be, start so small. Take a very very small idea and cut it in half. Don’t let yourself subliminally make a promise that you know you aren’t likely to keep or aren’t able to keep. Make it so tiny you can’t do anything but surprise and impress yourself. Don’t let this be an unconscious excuse to self sabotage!

Yes to pauses not plateaus. Sometimes our bodies also just need a minute to rest where they are! If you’ve been losing weight and then not with literally no changes to your habits or stress level or sleep then just honor and trust your body and let it take a rest!

Hi Dy Ann!
I just watched this video for June and you helped me make a decision that I was on the fence about. My normal protocol is 20/4 sometimes longer depending how I feel. Well I was pondering for the month of June to do ADF . Well after listening to your video , I decided to go all in, no matter what!!NO EXCUSES!!! I'm not going to allow anyone or anything to sway me from my path. I'm in a great mindset to do this just from what you were telling the community. I was so concerned what my husband would think, but this is about ME. Don't get me wrong he's very supportive with my intermittent fasting and he does intermittent fasting as well, not constantly but that's his own story. Like you said this is our own personal choice and not to like others in our heads so to speak. I just wanted to thank you for the video and your messages. You're the best❤

It's like the universe sent you to me exactly for today. I havent been honest with my food choices, I have put on 20 pounds since Christmas. I am scheduled to have my bloodwork done this coming monday, and am curious what that will say. I am starting today, not waiting for tomorrow.

Just found your channel, I subscribed so I have lots of questions! Clean Fast - which videos should I watch, what is your opinion as to when you should take prescribed and OTC supplements, during your feasting window do you to have a calorie limit, do you recommend a particular electrolyte and lastly what type of watch are you wearing? My promise is to just Intermittent Fast for 30 days straight!

I'm a Nov/22 grad. 20:4 fasting is my sweet spot. Over the last 2 yrs I've lost 110 lbs. Going from a 1-2 x to a size 10-12. And I'm maintaining with no problem. I've never pushed what I'm doing on my junk food eating, type 2 diabetic husband. We've been eating differently through my journey. A month ago he just started doing a 20:4 fast with me out of the blue. He was able to lose 10 lbs in a month. He still does a dirty fast (cream and sugar) I bite my tongue because baby steps. I'm so thrilled he finally joined me but shhh! LoL

Last month I turned 49 years old and I just felt terrible not sure why but I overate during that time I even gained 7 lb so I am back committed to the 20 hour fast and on purpose eating nutritious meals
