I'm of two minds on this album. While the parts where they play music are sick, there's also the constant interruption with samples that neither complement nor blend or lead into any of the original song structures. I find them distracting not unlike ads that cut off someone's sentence or the important actions in a scene. I understand the roles of the samples as representing specific cultural facets, but greater care should be taken into how they are woven into the overall tapestry of the album.

This has elements from various different subgenres of hardcore and metal. I heard death metal, grind, straight up hardcore, some skramz (which surprised me). A decent amount of blast beats and some Entombed style drumming and down picking. Good shit overall. 8.5/10
