This is what I wish they could have done with the whole Arkham Knight identity, instead you get to create your own character that is the Arkham Knight, your name, and changing how you want to look with the helmet off, hair, eyes Etc, in the store you start out as a hero but then is the story progressed you can choose whether to become a hero or a villain, going a neutral route would make you an antihero.

They should've just snuck in an easy to do glitch that lets you free roam withe everyone that way you can do it but it also doesn't have to make sense in the context of the story
