No more women in star wars.
ОтветитьGOOSEBUMPSSS
ОтветитьThis is incredible.
ОтветитьAndor is the dark reflection that makes the Star Wars universe interesting, and in the same effort damns it as shallow, trite, simplistic and juvenile in the way it has been produced.
Andor is Star Wars with grit. The John Le’Carre to Iain Fleming.
A major achievement.
not short enough it was - Yoda
ОтветитьTimothy Zahn did it best.
ОтветитьTruly excellent.
ОтветитьTO THE REPULIC FOR EVER
ОтветитьWell done! So timely
ОтветитьI am the spy 💀
ОтветитьFor the EMPIRE! For the New Order!
ОтветитьBravo well done
ОтветитьMeet the new boss. Same as the old one
Ответить2L53 You should ask the narrator which kid is him? Should be the one with dark hair...
ОтветитьThe editing, the music and the choice of the shows and movies that you used was very well done. This is fantastic.
Ответитьwe need Pres. Reagan !
Ответитьthey fight for democracy, but every thing we see in star wars univers is a way to free individual ambitions from opinions and votes of others. Any character moves that way.
Interesting, isn't it?
I don't expect much from Rey series but I hope that we will get at least some fragments from Ressistance tuning into third Republic
ОтветитьLike the large presence of footage from Andor Season One. This was a strong series.
ОтветитьWonderful editing
ОтветитьMasterpiece with the best edit being the champagne bottle amazing! 🎉
ОтветитьTrue order leaves room for freedom the empire represented tyranny
ОтветитьLong Live The Empire!
ОтветитьHistory. Repeats again and again and again. Chills with the editing well done SWFT!!! Cheers
ОтветитьThis is fucking beautiful
ОтветитьThat was the best edit I have ever seen
ОтветитьA Republic has nothing to do with a Democracy! We need to understand that!
ОтветитьThis is why I want the Rey movie. To see the aftermath of the Fall of the New Republic and First Order. What the Galaxy becomes after all that.
ОтветитьTwenty years of fighting the Empire to restore the Republic and it crumbles in thirty.
Ответитьwhat a perfect blueprint for dystopia.
ОтветитьThe only hope for the galaxy is for the restoration of The Empire. The fruit of Empire is peace and prosperity.
ОтветитьThere's one interesting fact. Many rebels fought against the empire, but only the leadership fought for bringing back the Republic.
The Galaxy really deserves something better than getting the same old government of rich people who are weakening their hold on the galaxy because they fear the coming of a tough populist like Palpatine (ignoring the Jedi-Sith thing for now because we're talking about the galaxy's pov). That's why I like the failure of the New Republic more than it becoming the best era of the galaxy.
The fall of the New Republic really echoes with what is happening all around us right now. "Stormtroopers in the streets" when fascists are walking down our streets unstopped, proudly waving nazis symbols while hiding their faces... I want to hope people can learn from the past and not repeat the same mistakes over and over again. I hope WE are not going to see a FIrst Order in real life but it's getting harder and harder everyday.
ОтветитьThat part where Hera asked if the Senator was Ever in the war and he says no and the cut to "What do you sacrifice?" and Luthens speech was amazing. Just shows you the comparison between the Vultures who stood on the sidelines until the war was over and the people like Luthen, Andor, Jyn, Saul ect. that gave up their lives for the Greater Good. The Real Heros.
ОтветитьAndor was a gem
Ответитьmaybe the rebels were in the wrong after all...all of that fighting for years, all the struggle to get rid of the tyrannical empire, and what does it lead to? chaos. disorder. weakness. just look at this terrible government called "the new republic", who was so desperate to try to be like the republic before it, a republic which was nearly as bad as the empire they destroyed by the way, and they thought to themselves "yes, we want to be just like the old republic, but with a few small differences", and they did this unironically.
many systems left the influence and grip of the new republic, and many more are bitter and resentful of the new republic for whatever many reasons they can think of. worst of all, there lies imperial remnants on the outer edge of their territory, planning, preparing and ready to get revenge for what has happened to their empire someday. instead of the new republic dealing with all these issues decisively and effectively, they allow those that hate everything the republic stands for to roam freely through the galaxy, in order to prevent war.
I guess the illusion of democracy is just a better thing to people than actual things that matter, such as stability and order. hey, everybody might be enslaved by mega corporations and crime syndicates, they might be left to suffer under oppressive dictatorship systems, they might not even have any ability to defend themselves against enemies of the republic, as they don't have an active military, but at least they have the feeling of thinking that their vote matters in a system where the rich and powerful decide all the votes and positions in government anyways.
Bruh chills! The Andor quotes in particular. But really the new republic brought this upon themselves. They ignored or dismissed or shunned those who tried to warn and help them which ultimately led to the first order’s rise.
ОтветитьI think it's informative to consider the US's history of "regime change" activities in other countries, especially as it relates to the unexpected results from power vacuums. Places like Iran, are probably one of the best examples of how badly things go when you decide to remove heads of a state's power structure. The bigger the power vacuum, which I'd define as the potential power to be gained by seizing the leading role, the worse the attractants. If the power to be gained is moderate to weak, it seems the grifters with the biggest plans and the most sadistic nature don't seem to think the effort is worth it.
A real world example of this is how Denmark divides the majority of its tax revenue between Amts (Counties, sort of) instead of more centrally managed, which I think is more common. This, at least for a time, meant a lot less power, especially spending power, was concentrated into a single pile that could be leveraged by a small group of individuals. The practical effect is that, serving as an MP, tends to attract people who actually intend to serve other people. It's just not that valuable as a position. And that, I believe, is largely due to the distributed nature of the local government's spending. I think there are a number of other reasons that Denmark looks like, ... well Denmark, one of the happiest countries in the world. I would like to say this assessment, may well be outdated if their structure has changed since the 7 years I lived there in the 00s.
All of that to say, that in the founding of the New Republic, the potential power to be gained by bad actors was immense. It's like having a giant sign on your government buildings saying, "Come f--- with me! It's totally worth the risk!"
The Empire was right all along. Long Live the Emperor!!! 🫡🫡🫡
Ответитьi don't like 😞 it
ОтветитьLONG LIVE THE EMPIRE
Ответитьdamn.. and only 380.000 views.. so good
Ответить25 years before
Shin Hati:(At Ezra and Sabine insulting Little Ben Solo) GOOD LUCK WITH THE BASTARD SON OF YOUR FRIEND LEIA HAVE IT WITH HER IGNORANT SMUGGLER!
Great edit - deserves more love
ОтветитьThe New Republic - a hopeful successor to the old, wrought with blindness, incompetence and hypocritical leaders.
ОтветитьThe hidden message, at least for me, is that just like after the First World War and the Allies ignoring the threat of the Third Reich, the New Republic failed to learn from their predecessors. They saw, firsthand, how the Empire took power from the shadows and even then chose, CHOSE, to ignore the very real threat that was the First Order. They claim to serve the people, to serve democracy, to serve peace. HA! They serve nothing but their own self-interest, just like the "Republic" that came before
ОтветитьSame problems, same weaknesses but with a nice new coat of paint. 👍
Ответить,, We shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; We shall never surrender "
ОтветитьImagine hux at the end of this epic video saying "I'm the spy".
