Good video mate. I had the same issues

I have the Lone Rider panniers and like them. I also have the bottle holders and feel like they could’ve been better designed. They aren’t large enough for some bottles I’d like to carry. However, I’ve never lost a bottle out of them.

I only have the latch fitment issue on the right side of the bike. On the BMW GSA, there’s a weld point that can be filed down to improve that. I’d hope LR wouldn’t send out pannier racks with that issue.

The latching is a bit fiddly but that seems to get better over time…maybe.

I have the bags and like them. The problem with the satellite bags is solved by using MoskoMoto Mille Pouches, which are better and attach firmly.

The price is pretty absurd in Australia - I'll be waiting until BMW fixes their vario cases before I decide which way I'm going to go, but I don't think I can justify LR's prices.
