Shame that there are a few differences between this and the novel.

I'm only just got to the part where they're trying to get the old guy to let his dog 🐕 go...the look on his face 😢 i think is the best 👌 acting so far and thats with ole Burgess Meredith in his youth ( Mickey out of the Rocky Films to the layman) and he was Always amazing i think 🤔 so anyway 😊

Such a great novel and sensational acting. Poor George and lennie who were dreaming about farm, home, cows, rabbits, horses to have and land to plant but neither of these were come about

Seeing Lon in a few episodes of Bat Masterson and tombstone territory this shows just how much range he has as an actor. How he didn’t win an award for this performance is a travesty

No matter how many times I see this movie, it always makes me cry. Chaney's best performance of his career. 😢

John Steinbeck is my favourite writer. He never wrote a bad novel. I read them all! He's better than Hemingway in my opinion. Much better, Hem is overrated.

Never saw this version till now. Definitely appreciated this movie, especially being in color! Really great watch for being from this time period.

Wow, first time seeing this movie. I love this version just as much as the ‘92 film. The actors in each version give such a unique but personal touch to the characters. Love this version of Curley’s wife.
